Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 221 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So yesterday was a bad day. it was my birthday so we went out to eat. i ate so bad. i do need some tips on getting on track and losing fat. i wanna be at least 175 by may. or close too it. is that a goal that could be accomplished? i just need tips on losing weight quickly but healthy and keep it off.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 170 lb - So I am FINALLY 19 today!! yaaay i can legally drink now hahah (yeah im Canadian). my birthday present for myself is just going to be to lose the rest of the weight and stop slacking. i gotta start working out and stuff. but its cool because last year i was 41 pounds heavier on my 18th birthday haha thats wicked. have a good day everybody!

I just came across this website, and my new years resolution was to lose weight, eat healthier and exercise more so I thought this was perfect to join. Well, I'm working out everyday, and I eat a lot better than I did two weeks ago already! Plus I lost five pounds the first week, so that's a plus. Just one question for everybody, what are your inspirations to get thin? Celebrities, a swimsuit, etc?

And when i got home i cleaned for like.. EVER. Then went to the gym with one of my friends. and i ate not alot. so im really happy : )

Ht. 5'4", Start: 390 lb, Today: 390 lb, Goal: 167 lb - hiya guys today I'd say was a good day sorta ohhhhhh I feal like I still need to make some adjustments to me routine I mean I dont eat anything until the evening Ive done this two days straight which is like a new for me what I need to do is get my behind up and go outside and walk up and down the street of course I havent been able to do that because my knee has been jacked up due to me poppin it in and out of my socket last week its getting much better so I actually might go ahead and walk and see how it feals so how many cal do you burn walking? oh another thing Im gunna change is I might start eating more fruit in the morning or......... period latley I have been eating bannana's (hope thats spelled right)and and oranges or clemintimes or whatever those things are called aren't they all the same ? yeah so do you guys have any ideas of like other fruit I could eat? that taste good I kinda get sick of eating the same thing over and over again k god bless ^_^!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 146 lb, Today: 126 lb, Goal: 110 lb - hey everyone this is my first time on this site. my friend told me about it so i figured i should check it out. ive been struggling with my weight since i was 14. it goes up and down every year so i always end up buying new jeans all the time. it can be really frustrating sooo i am sticking to a plan to eat healthy and work out everyday. i do have a question though..my one friend who is also dieting with me eats ONLY cottage cheese..she says that she knows someone else who did it and lost a lot of weight fast. does anyone else know about this cottage cheese diet?? :\

Ht. 5'8", Start: 171 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Okay ive gained back 3lbs of the 6 i lost at the weekend =[ but im not giving up and ive been doing good again.
Heres what i had today-
bfast- porrige m/w 2% milk = 160cals
lunch- brown ham salad roll = 350cals
dinner- 2 bowls homemade chicken noodle soup (very healthy but seen as i had to bowls ill say 700 cals max)
snack- melon (150)
total= 1360 cals
exercise= burned 1000 cals on eliptical
is that okay as im worried i might not be eating enough cals for the amount i burn?!?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 211 lb, Goal: 165 lb - I lost 2 more pounds in one day! Now i lost 10 pounds in 10 days! Its amazing how fast that went but soon it will start to go slow and im going to throw a fit cause Im trying to get to 160 at least which is still overweight but i just want to see if i can reach that goal. My dad came home last night at 10 pm offereing a cheeseburger and i told him no. It was that easy for me to say no!! I think this is the first time i am actually going to lose all my weight!!

Then I ate a burito again and had a fajita bologna n cheese thats all ive had today so in totall i had 900 cal today woot woot not bad for normally I eat more soo this was a good day also I wonder if you can count cleaning up the house a work out hmm?...god bless guys ^_^!

I probably gained it back again over the stressful weekend. its the end of the semester so its like project after project and gahhh!!!!!!! Im trying to be healthy. I did alright today until I ended up staying up until 1 in the morning doing homework. I ended up eating, which I know I shouldnt have. But im staying optimistic. tomorrow is a new day.
