Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 213 lb, Goal: 165 lb - I LOST 2 MORE POUNDS!! So in 9 days i lost 8 pounds! Is that good? Ok so today I ate probably bout 1200 calories. Its really hard cause I have my period and that usually lasts bout 3 days. I have been depressed for the last 2 days with my family situations but I seem to be able to control my eating habits easier. I was so close to eating chocolate today until my grandma took it from me and said no. I am so glad she did that. I am glad I was over her house for awhile. so I did the treadmil for 21 mins, 300 bike pull ups, 200 jump rope, 30 situps, and 100 jump rope by skipping. Plus I am not even done cause when my mom gets home were going to my grandmas for an hour to work out more. I hope I lose more weight! I want to look good and get so MUCH better at SKATEBOARDING! I love it! Hmm I need to keep this diet going. I just hope nothing goes wrong at home to upset me and get me depressed. I am still depressed but doing better at eating.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 130 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 115 lb - ugh! ok.... so i decided to start running again (I was in cross country... got me in amazing shape :]) well, now i have my first day of work tomorrow and i have to work 4 days a week when school gets out.... and since it's the winter it gets dark early so i can't run afterwards either.... i was really serious about starting this time but this just kind of bums me out. any ideas on how to get in some cardio indoors at night?????

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 170 lb - hey guys. i havent been eating much at all (been at my boyfriends for a couple days, and when i come home all i eat is fruit) but i still havent lost any weight. this plateau is driving me nuts. but on a positive note, my 19th birthday is on thursday and im soo excited because that means i can go to the bar and dance dance dance haha i love to dance, and irts such a great workout so ill probably lose some weight seeing as how i dont ever barely exercise because i hate doing it in front of my family lol i know... wimp. but whatever lol i'll see what happens, hopefully dancing will help me get off of this darn plateau soon enough. good luck everybody!!

Ht. 4'10", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Yay I lost 4 pounds this week. I always struggle with weekends but I didn't do too bad. Hopefully this week will go good and I'll lose some more weight.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 149 lb, Goal: 134 lb - First week on weight watchers and i have lost 1.5 pounds. can anyont tell me what i can do to lose more. so far i workout 5 times a week for 30min then i have pe 2 to 3 times a week for about an hour and im keeping to my points and i have not gone over, what can i do?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 251 lb, Today: 249 lb, Goal: 151 lb - Ohh yeah and I forgot to say, I think this is pretty cool: Like when drug addicts start to get clean, they call it their 2nd birthday, like since they have been clean, so I think that people should call their start of their diets a second birthday, because basically it is the start of a new you! :DD Anyways, just saying! Ht. 5'4", Start: 251 lb, Today: 249 lb, Goal: 151 lb - Well, I havent been doing really well on my diet lately, and I havent really been counting what i eat, but one thing I haven't drank is soda. The only thing I drank that was soda was about a cup of Dr. Pepper, and it almost made me throw up knowing I was basically drinking pure sugar, so that's all the soda I've drank in exactly 13 days! :DD I used to drink it every day! Oh well good luck everyone. Tomorrow is a new start for me, Im going to excersize good and eat really well! ♥ Tips or anything are helpful!!! <3 bye.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - When I was 14 i was around 170lbs, and always hated it. After awhile, I am not sure what got me motivated, but I started running and totally changed my diet, and I got down to around 135 the summer before my freshman year of high school. Since then I have gained a little back, but I still am in pretty good shape overall and not overweight. However I really wanna get down to 130/125lbs because my first prom is in May, and I have a family reunion at a beach and want to look good in a new swim suite. I have a Golds Gym membership and I was just looking for some tips on what machines you guys think are good for toning legs, thights, love handles.. whatever! And what foods I should cut to help make toning easier. Thanks guys you are all amazing!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Alright so im expecting to lose a couple pounds when i look at the scale tomorrow morning. Today was my "exercise day". My cousin and I get together like every other week at least to exercise really well. She is also overweight too. We used to weigh the same but she lost more cause she started earlier than i on a diet and got me to get on it. So today I did 30 situps, 300 bike pull ups, 80 jump in jacks, 100 arm swirls each, 50 jump rope, 50 jump rope skip, haah 10 push ups, hold weights out for 30 secs, 100 steps on the stepper, 20 minutes on the treadmil which burned 168 calories and jobbed a mile, DDR for 54 mins which burned 197 calories and jogged 2.817 miles, then DDR again for an hour which burned 269.182 calories and jogged 2.367 miles. I did so much today and im not even tired. On average I jogged bout 6 miles today and burned over 600 calories today. I feel GREAT!! Cept im not ... (view more)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 185 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey guys, I haven't been on so much, but whater :p. UGH! the scale said i gained 3 pounds this week?! WTF! I gain weight when i eat less calories and exercise, but stay the same weight when I pig out and don't exercise? UGGGGH. But anyway, tonight we had our winter semi! OMG it was amazing. I LOOVED my dress and wore this tummy shaper thing to make me slimmer haha. But it made me feel good (: PLUS i grinded with the hottest senior in our school! We're kinda friends, but still. My friends were jealous :p And that was my workout for the day. 3 HOURS OF DANCING! Haaa I just had a wicked good night, sorry for rambling. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
