Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 205 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Dude ok this week was the hardest week of my life! I kept going up then down and up and down. Ughh!! Ok so one day i like gained 3 pounds in one FREAKING DAY! Then i still didnt give up so i kept going and I lost that 3 pounds again. Then yesterday morning i lost another which had me at 204 and today i gained one which is like IMPOSIBLE! I hate healthy and I did DDR which burned 336 calories and it jogged 5 miles and I did the tredmil and that jogged one mile which i burned off 172 calories! HOW COULD I FREAKING GAIN A POUND WHEN I ATE THE RIGHT AMOUNT AND EXERCISE SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH OFF?!!?! Today is my exercise day and I do SOOOOOOOOOOO much exercise. I have the flu. Should I continue with my exercise day being sick? HELP!! I wanna lose weight even though im sick!

I can do better it was an off day. I didnt have time to exercise yet. I will hopefully work out in about an hour or so.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys today wasn't a good day i ate a burger at least it was turkey and i had fries but didn't eat all of the fries and then about 5 hours later i got hungry and had some turkey ham with cheese and crackers well i don't think it was that bad but 2morrow i'm going to the movies wish me luck

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 170 lb - im at my wits end. no matter what i do i cant stop eating. havent gained any weight though. i feel like its freaking pointless and impossible because i could cut my calories in half and not lose a single pound, but i could also eat double and not gain a pound. im stuck. its driving me crazy. i think i need to make some kind of drastic change in my eating. like a special diet of some kind. like the south beach/atkins diet. except i wouldnt cut carbs out completely just cut back a lot. i dunno. have any of you been stuck at a plateau and tried some kind of diet that helped them get off of it??? please heelpp!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 227 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 130 lb - JessicaD- yes its staying off and i walk 3 to 5 miles (usually three but when i feel good 5) a day and mostly ate chicken, fish, fruits & oat meal i really think its the food though i found that when i eat oatmeal and apples i lose the most weight and i drunk a lot of water a lot thats all (the best thing is i lost my double chin hehe)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 167 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 110 lb - So I really don't intend on joining a gym because I think it's a waste of time since I would only be using the treadmill. It's just the type of exercise I like to do, and I don't intend on gaining tons of muscle. So, I guess my question is what is the best brand/kind of treadmill? I'm getting one asap.

My question is, do you guys wear your pants around your belly, or down at your waist and let your belly hang over? When I wear pants at my waist, I can fit into a 32 inch waist, when I want my pants to go around my belly, I need a 36 inch waist pants. I would like to know what everyone does. Thanks

After realizing how much weight that I gained, I realized that I needed to lose weight. This is almost impossible for me to do..and i truly need motivation. I do winterguard which doesn't really burn very many calories, since we only practice a few days a week, but I want to be healthy, and im tired of being called fat everytime i turn around. I just dont know what to do.
