Ht. 5'8", Start: 171 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Okay guys. Today is a complete restart for me. For the past two weeks ive been really stressed out because i had my prelim exams and i didnt really do much exercise and i binged a few times so ive not done so good. However, i had my last exam today so im ready to get back on track and finally lose these 30lbs for good. I want to feel so good about myself this summer, i cant wait! I have 21 weeks to lose 30lbs so i know its definetely achievable. Heres today- BFAST- porridge with a banana =260cals, LUNCH- brown turkey salad roll =300cals, DINNER- pasta bolognese =900 SNACK- frozen lowfat yoghurt =100 TOTAL= 1560 EXERCISE- 40 mins on eliptical machine. How does that sound? Any tips or advice? Thanks =]

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - okay so i misread the scale i guess because i thought i was 182 but im 183. but hey, thats cool because its still a 2 pound loss whereas before, i was stuck at a NOTHING loss for 2 months lol yesterday i kinda messed up.. a lot lol but thats was just one of those days so im ready to keep goin again. 4 more pounds and ill be in the 170's which im stoked for because i cant remember ever weighing that little wish me luck! and good luck everybody

Ht. 5'4", Start: 250 lb, Today: 249 lb, Goal: 165 lb - okay, so here's what has been going on with me lately: yesterday, monday, will have been my 2 week mark for my diet. i had weighed myself the monday before yesterday, and i had lost four pounds, but in the next week, i gained it all back. i did extremely bad for that week, but anyways, i just ate a bunch of chinese food today, BUT its not that bad because i have a bike where it like doesnt move, its one of those standing ones, and i burned 300 calories, and i did 6 miles! :) i am very excited, because hopefully since i exersized, that chinese wont really affect my weight that much. also, i have one of those bikes where it like moves the arms like it has a thing that youre supposed to put your arms on and it moves them, but i dont like putting them on that thing, instead i do arm rotators... is that okay??? because my aunt says you should put your arm on there but i dont think i have ... Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 186 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Ok, so i just first want to tell everyone that you all have been and inspiration and helped me so much for the past 4 months, just knowing that there are plenty of kids out there who are also going through the exact same things as me is comforting. Recently ive noticed that i had started to binge (only did it twice). It worried me because i didnt want it to become a habit. Losing weight is a learning process whether your trying to stop emotional eating, learning what to eat and what not to eat, learning portion control. Its all one big learning process that we have to get through day to day in order to be healthy. Basically, i forgave myself for my binges but i pledged that i would never do it again. So yesterday, I started a journal about my weight loss for my last 20-25 pounds that i want to lose because it gets harder and harder the closer you get to your goal weight. The most important lesson i have learned during this lifestlye change is learning to forgive myself. What are some of the lessons you have learned??

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys so yesterday i started and it wasn't the best day i didn't go to the gym but i did workout for 30 mins the food was something else i really messed up but today has bine alot better so far i've only eatin 915 calories i ahven't workedout yet but i will later on tommorw i wont be able to go to the gym because i'm going to a trip and coming home late but i will workout so how do u guys think i've done and by the way yesterday's food was so bad i think i had about 2000 calories hopefully it wasn't that bad but when i mess up i mess up so anyway good luck guys

Ht. 5'9", Start: 204 lb, Today: 204 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ok today ive eaten B-oatmeal- 150 cal skim milk 1 cup 80 cal apricots 6 75 cal banana 1 medium 105 cal S-oatmeal bar 140 cal L-baked potato 7 oz 180 cal ham 2oz 60 cal skim milk 1 cup 90 cal green beans 1/2 cup 45 cal S-lean pocket 1 250 cal snack size peach fruit cup 70 cal 1,245 total 555 cal left i eat 1800 a day i use alli and the book tells me for that weight to eat that much for my body weight its 500 cal left than what i need to maintain my body weight and im goin to start walking 30 min on the treadmill to burn 250 cal or an hour for 500 cal idk haven't decided yet im lookin to lose 2-3 times a week... sound good

I am getting really depressed about my weigh: im in this club kind of thing and I'm making a pair of gouchoes (sorry about the spelling) and I just measured myself. It says that I am like four sized larger than I am. So for the past few days I havn't eaten hardly anything. I am so sick of my body. Does any one know any effective ways to lose around your thighs and get rid of the little roll kid of things you get around your hips on your back?

My bulimia has reared its ugly head and im finding it hard to control my bingeing =[ Thats been twice in two weeks which im really upset about as i had managed to go a month without any at all and things were really looking up. The scale said 168 this morning but i know that will be back down to at least 164 in a couple of days as its only a bit higher just now cos i binged last nyt and its also that time of month and i was 164 before i binged and i know i didnt eat enough to gain 4lbs. So im hoping to completely restart at 164 next week and i am VOWING never to let it go above that ever again but i will still be continuing to eat healthily this week although im just going to focus on getting back to 164. Does anyone have any tactics for avoiding a binge? If so id really appreciate it if u could enlighten me lol i try the distraction thing but it doesnt always work. Thanks =]

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 170 lb - yayyyy! another pound gone forever. it feels so good to be off of that damn plateau, i was stuck at 185 for 2 months. i was so motivated i walked home from my boyfriends this morning which was about a half hour walk. i had pizza for lunch but thats ok i even had mcdonalds a few days ago, you just have to make sure you dont go way over your calories and get up and do something. ahh man im on cloud nine right now lol good luck everyone
