Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 149 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hi guys.. it's me again. I was wondering if dancing for an hour or so would burn a lot of caleries? I dance everyday but when i go on the scale nothing has changed. Any tips or anything? thanks!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Ok I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I swim and during the season I am starving after every practise and swimmers burn a ton of calories but then after the seasons over I am used to being able to eat whenever and still lose weight or inches then I just gain the weight I lost during the season back. It's a vicious cycle.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 132 lb - ok so Im SOOOO excited you guys this time I have been doing really well I have ran for an hour everyday this week except tuesday ( I wasnt having a very good day)but I went to the gym one of those days and by the way I hate electric scales cause they all say different things but the scale at the gym the one that you have to like slide it said I weighed 166 pounds I was SOO excited because I thought I weighed 180 and if I did then I lost 14 pounds :) I am going to keep it up next week im trying out for tennis and Im going to start running when I wake up and when I get home from school I dont know what it is you guys but once you start running everyday your body gets used to it and now I kinda cant go a day without doing it and I love it the only thing is the little pudge at the bottom of my belly its driving me NUTS anyone know any good excercises besides crunches that might help me out thanks guys and you all can do it GOOD LUCK!! <3

Good thing we have no school tomarrow but is there any thing i can like do in 5 mins to just get some work out in. I have been eating ok but im going to try alot more harder now cuz it felt good when i started and i wan to feel that again.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - i am doing so well im shocked with myself. two days in a row i walked home from my boyfriends (40mins) and i did it on an empty stomach, so im burning fat calories not food calories, and ate extremely healthy. i have a question though for anyone this applies to. If i continue eating the same amount of calories i was eating before (around 1200) and wasnt losing any weight, but exercise by walking 40 mins 3-4 times per week will i lose weight? because it seems eating 1200 calories a day without exercise maintains my weight.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 165 lb - I'm having the heardest time becomming motivated, it's nuts. Lately, as soon as I get motivated for a bit, I blow it by going home and eating so unhealthily. I know I need to make better choices, but i'ts like i don't have control. Even when i tell myself no i will still go into the frige, then i feel gross and full. Guys, how do i get control back. Summer is comming and thats motivation enough, but i want to live a healthy lifestyle everyday. Does anyone have anything that could help me?

I didn't really feel like I was working out. It was fun, my legs are sore, and I sweat a lot. What do all of you guys do to workout now?
