My name is Jessica and im 160 pounds on my scale but that scale is pretty old and im not sure if its right or not. but i am athlitic, i play tennis and rugby. i do not eat alot. and i do eat healthy, and im pretty sure half of it is mucsel sense Muscel weighs more than fat, so im just woundering.,. am i Obese?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - w00p w00p another pound lost im down to 180!!! This walk a 3 or 2 or 1 thing really works! a burn alot of fat and carloies! Also i figured out i can't skip breakfast, so today after i worked out i ate 1 cup of cherio's with 1 cup of milk. Then for a snack at school i ate a fiber bar and it was so yummy! with only 140 calories and lots of fiber for lunch i had a turkey and wheat sandwich, pretzels, half of an orange and a water bottle then for dinner i had fish,skinless and some of these good noddles and they were good for you too. Im so glad my mom is helping me with this and i feel so good right now!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 215 lb, Today: 211 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so...has anybody ever done the raw food diet? i don't want to go that far- but i was thinking about going at least 50% raw. my older sister went raw and has lost sooo muc weight sooo quickly. she always used to be bigger than me but she went from 230lbs to about 150lbs in a pretty short amount of time! but- i don't think she was completely health with the transformation because i don;t think she ate enough, so i will be careful to eat enough to do it in a healthier way. i have been looking at before/after pics and omg- the change is incredible in people who go raw and their skin is so radient! let me know what you guys think...

Ht. 5'9", Start: 275 lb, Today: 267 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hmm beens about a week since I posed. Lost about 1 pound from my last post. Been eating WAYY less and I think I am ready to actually get going. For those who play DDR how many calories should I lose a day using workout mode? I am also walking home now (1 1/2 mile or so) and walking to school every Wednesday. I hope to be the weight I want by this time next year. Wish me luck and I also accept tips on a workout program or something. =]=]

It is nice in 30 mins you walk 2 miles(while doing other things like knee kicks and stuff) so yeah and geuss what 4 POUNDS GONE!!!!! w00p w00p im like so in my face to lose the rest! so yep =]

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 105 lb - hey everybody! i have the worst life. i have OCD...and u wanna know what my obsession is?...EATING!...i eat over 12500 calories every day! its horrible!...im on antidepressants and see a therapist. i dont even know how its possible to eat all that, but i do! i feel soo sick and stuffed every day yet i cant stop and i think my pills dont help!...but i really do need help, and i need things to keep myself busy...but due to medical problems, i cant really exercis which is another bad thing with eating all this. I NEED HELP SO BAD! i cant take it and i hate my family's criticism...at one point, i remember being only 85 pounds at 5'3"...now i gained 2 inches and like 62 pounds...and most in my stomach and i look pregnant!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 135 lb - i really need help. i was doing so well on my diet, i had lost 12 pounds and gotten to under 170 but then my grandfather passed away and i was really depressed and i gained like five pounds back. now i am back down to 172 but i am stuck there. it seems no matter what i do i cant move the scale. i have days where i exercise like crazy and barely eat, then i have days where i spend like ten dollars at the vending machine and eat all candy. i know this is horrible and awful for my health, but at least i am not gaining which i suppose is good. i dont know, i just feel like i cant get back on track at all. i cant keep doing this and i just really want to get healthy. i really need some advice.
