Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Well, I used to write on this thing every day, but then I put a halt to my diet. I was doing great for a little over a week, losing over 25 pounds in water weight. I got down to 196 in less than a week. For about a month put off my diet and stopped exercising. I keep telling myself that i'm going to start again, but i never seem to. I just don't seem motivated. I want to lose weight, but i can never seem to stick to my diet. Help?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Don't really pay attention to my weights. They're not exact cause i dont have a scale at home. So, do you think this is a reasonable goal: lose 2 jeans sizes by june? then hopefully i can wear a bikini! the hardest thing for me is finding time/motivation to exercise! Any tips with that? i have musical rehearsals twice a week, a tennis lesson once a week, interact club meetings every other week or so, and insane amounts of homework cause im in the scholars classes. It is so freaking cold outside so im not really up for jogging/walking etc. And my house is unusual and everythings on the 2nd floor (theres a family office on the 1st floor) so i cant be active inside cause the whole house shakes, if that makes sense. I feel like if i get a gym membership it wouldnt be worth it because i would probably only find time to go once a week. i really really want a treadmill but my parents wont get one. :(

Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 196 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Dude ok I feel like I am losing weight to fast and I know I am doing it right. I eat at least 1200 calories a day and exercise 7 days a week. I think its because I over exercise. I might be too obsessed with it. I have so much energy and im so active. I get so hyper so i lose a lot of weight cause I exercise all the time. This week I lost 4 pounds. Is that too much? I heard were only suppose to lose 2 pounds a week. My mom said when I get to 160 she is going to buy me an awesome skateboard! The skateboard I want is 159 dollars and she promised me she will buy it for me when I get to 160! I am so motivated right now. I cant wait to get there!!
