Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - I GOT MUSCLES! I used to have all fat in my arms and I finally have awesome muscles! I cant wait to get more. I heard they arnt that good cause if you try to lose weight its hard to take the muscles off. I AM JUST HAPPY I HAVE SOME!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 130 lb - okay I am doing good so far. I have gotten really depressed about my size lately, but mainly about certain parts of my body (double chin, hips, etc) but I have been cutting down on my food majorly. I try not to snack any more. And when I do it is only a bananna or something like that. Are bananna's good choise when losing weight? I ask that because I eat like five in like two-three days since it is a low fat/calorie kind of thing.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - wow dude yesterday was so HARD! It was my exercise day. I gained weight a couple days ago and it was about 200.8 and then this morning after exercise day yesterday Im only at 199.4 that means I only lost .6 of a pound. I was kinda disapointed cause I did DDR for 10 miles and burned 566 calories, treadmil for a mile and burned 181 calories, 35 sit ups, 200 jump ropes, 300 bike pull ups, and so much more. I was expecting at least a whole oound lost. UGH! I worked so hard and this is how it turns out to be. This sucks! I need to watch more carefully what I eat then. I didnt eat that much yesterday so it surprised me. Maybe I didnt do enough exercise (haha).

Ht. 5'7", Start: 181 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Okay so I told my bff I wanted to go on a diet and she thinks Im crazy. She is 245 and she's like your not fat. My friends all think I'm already my goal weight of 145. I look smaller then most of them and none of them are really supportive of me lossing weight. Like if you do look at me you wouldn't say i'm 179. She was saying she can pick me up and her little brother whose 14 can pick me up and give me a piggyback ride. She told me she will be mad at me if i go on a diet. I don't know what to do now what do u guys think?/

Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I have been doing pretty good so far with my weight loss.i started on January 24 and i have already lost nine pounds. i dont really know yet what i want my goal weight to be so i was wondering if anyone else was around my age and my height and if you weigh anywhere below 150lbs, what sizes are you? i only want to be healthy, i dont care about being a size 2 or anything, i was aiming for a size 8 so i just guessed that i would have to be maybe 135-140lbs?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - ahh im so happy i sucked in my stomach today in the mirror and i can see ribs!! ive always been able to see like the ends of my ribs but now i can see individual ribs. not perfectly but u can see them! im getting so close. im so happy with myself. good luck guys you can all do it! :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Its nearly impossible to eat healthy in my school or bring a healthy lunch so I was thinking. If I eat a healthy breakfast around 6:30 A.M then while in school have something to eat around 10:30 A.M it could be a salad, italian sub or just something from the vending machine. Then at 2:30 P.M when I get home have a healthy lunch? BTW im starting a food journal tomorrow studies show people lose more weight when they keep one.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 105 lb - WOW! i havnt been here for a long time! well i dont know how to think anymore...i have been diagnosed with OCD...and my obsession is to eat! i have been eating well over 9000 calories every day!!!!!!!!!!! but the good thing is...i barely gained anything from this but when i used to eat 2900 calories average, i gained tons of weight...well i have lost sum weight(before the eating thing) yay! but it was from the flu:( now, i look like im pregnant and i hate my stomach!
my mom is finally getting healthier cuz she stopped smoking and gained some weight so shes now eating healthier and exercising sometimes and hopefully, when i go to the doctor tomarrow, they can help me and my mom and me can get healthy together!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - so today i think i did pretty good. i had an egg white omelet, two chicken breasts and a yogurt, and now im having vegetable soup. only about 625 calories so far, i think ill have a little something else after this. i know its not a lot of calories but i must have had over 3000 yesterday. (chinese buffet.. plus chips, pop etc.) so it evens out

Ht. 5'4", Start: 251 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 239 lb - Okay, so I haven't been doing too good lately. One thing I have realised, is that food isn't everything. I ate at Denny's today with my dad, because it is almost my birthday, and I totally felt gross after eating it. It was just like, wow okay that was 30 minutes of eating, so was it worth it? Was it worth it to get all that junk into my body for 30 minutes and be fat? Well, the truth is no. It really wasn't worth it at all. I want to be healthy, and I wan't other people to think of me as pretty and to be proud of me. I am so sick of being fat. Well anyways, my goal for the next 2 weeks, starting tomorrow, is to lose 11 pounds. I really want to be in the 230's in 2 weeks. That is my short term goal for now, then I'll go from there. I am going to weigh again in 2 weeks, and I will keep posting here probably every couple days just to say how I am doing. Tips would be nice! <3
