Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 223 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys i'm so happy because i just weighed myself and the scale said i've lost 5 pounds i've haven't bine eating meat and i've bine eating veegies with fish for dinner it's has bine 3 days and the fisrt day i worked out but i didn't yesterday i will workout later today but my real workout schedule going to the gym will start on monday and softball is coming up soon so i will get alot of moving in my schudle i wish you guys the best of luck god bless all of you

Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Ok so I just got on the scale this morning and it said I weighed 200. Thats 21 pounds lost in 35 days! I am so happy. When I got on this morning I was like "this is going to be a good day" I had so much confidence today. I talked in classes alot. I am proud of myself. It did turn out to be a great day. UGh ok in Health class were learning about obesity and how to eat right. It helps alot! I learned a lot more about eating healthier. I even was confortable discussing the topic even though im Obese. She told us all that if we really want to loose weight you NEED to walk an hour 3 times a week. Ugh I cant even do a half hour on the treadmil. I only go on the treadmil for 20 mins 7 days a week. I hope to lose more. I already went down 1 size in my jeans! :) Does anyone have any good exercise tips?!?

Breakfast: whole whear english muffin with low faw/cal strawberry jam and a glass of orange juice, lunch michilenas macaroni and cheese,(its the lifestyle one so its a bit smaller with less calories, but i only ate about half of it cause part of it was freezer burnt), 2 100 calorie packs and water with crystal light, and for snack, i had another english muffin with jam (same as breakfast) and supper im planning on having fish, its like 100 cals for each fillet. and im going to try and go on our exersize bike for half an hour maybe an hour. what do you guys think?

I just turned 16 and i have been over weight since I was 7 years old. I am an emotional eater. I eat whenever im around food. its getting really out of hand and it needs to change fast. there is a history of heart disease AND heart attacs. most of my family is obese and i believe that is why i am too. but i want to change. my grandmother is really over and she has really bad problems with moving from place to place and she needs oxygen just from going to her living room. i dont want to be that way.i starting reading this really good book called THE ULTIMATE WEIGHT LOSS SOLUTION FOR TEENS by Jay McGraw....Dr. Phils son. it has really made me feel better about myself, it gives me the motivation i need to get up and moving. I actually WANT to change!!!
