Ht. 5'7", Start: 181 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So today was hectic skipped breakfast (opps) for lunch i had a sub with ham lettuce pepperoni turkey on it(1:01). I had a peanut butter sandwich at 4:45. I went to drivers ed. Came home at 10:00 and had a bowl of pasta and now I'm doing h.w. I dont have time tonight to exercise its 11:45 so I kinda cant right now. How was my eating though do you guys think?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 390 lb, Today: 370 lb, Goal: 167 lb - Wackie ok soo latley Ive been eating breakfast and dinner in reverse soit sbeen dinner for breackfast and nothing for dinner but like a snack cuz ya know Ive been tryin to eat like one meal a day but I still havent got a round to excercising which I know is a big no no I know but I thivk I seen weight lose in my stomache area however my stomach is looking more droopy I guess its from not excercising my mom says that it just needs to be toned up is she right how important is toning anyway?.. god bless ^_^!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 163 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 140 lb - (current and starting switched) Hey guys! Its been nearly three weeks since i started my goal to lose 31lbs and so far im down 8 which is great. I can already start to see changes in my body and im already feeling a lot better about myself! Now that im putting in so much effort to lose weight whenever i get cravings for junk food i can convince myself not to eat it just by thinking how much exercise id have to do to burn it off =] Anywayz heres what i had today so you can see what im eating to lose so much weight.. EXERCISE B4 BFAST- 40 mins eliptical (burns 1000 cals) BFAST- porridge made with 2% milk (160) LUNCH- brown ham salad roll (350) DINNER- baked potato, tuna with reduced fat mayo, a sprinkle of cheese and lots of salad. (800 max) Total= 1410 I might have a snack later too probably a 100 cal yoghurt or a piece of fruit.

Im going to lose weight and it will not come back. i put the food in my body and i can just as easy not put it into my body. no more putting it off just because i had a bad day. i always feel that i have to eat the food in the house. but what i need to learn is that it will be there untill i really want to eat it. i need to learn not to eat all the chips at one time casue there i need to realize that they will still be there even if i dont eat them becasue my prents will just buy more. thanks for reading. i just need to get it out of my head and put it down some where.

I'm moving the treadmill to my room so that it's right infront of me and that way I have no excuses. It's a new year so it's time to step up now. Does anyone know a way to relieve stress other then yoga i dont have time for it.. i need like a quick fix 4 ap classes 2 college classes and a job and hw i'm sooooooooo stresses out if you could give me some tips it would be appreciated <3
