Ht. 5'2", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Alright so im expecting to lose a couple pounds when i look at the scale tomorrow morning. Today was my "exercise day". My cousin and I get together like every other week at least to exercise really well. She is also overweight too. We used to weigh the same but she lost more cause she started earlier than i on a diet and got me to get on it. So today I did 30 situps, 300 bike pull ups, 80 jump in jacks, 100 arm swirls each, 50 jump rope, 50 jump rope skip, haah 10 push ups, hold weights out for 30 secs, 100 steps on the stepper, 20 minutes on the treadmil which burned 168 calories and jobbed a mile, DDR for 54 mins which burned 197 calories and jogged 2.817 miles, then DDR again for an hour which burned 269.182 calories and jogged 2.367 miles. I did so much today and im not even tired. On average I jogged bout 6 miles today and burned over 600 calories today. I feel GREAT!! Cept im not ... Ht. 5'3", Start: 185 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey guys, I haven't been on so much, but whater :p. UGH! the scale said i gained 3 pounds this week?! WTF! I gain weight when i eat less calories and exercise, but stay the same weight when I pig out and don't exercise? UGGGGH. But anyway, tonight we had our winter semi! OMG it was amazing. I LOOVED my dress and wore this tummy shaper thing to make me slimmer haha. But it made me feel good (: PLUS i grinded with the hottest senior in our school! We're kinda friends, but still. My friends were jealous :p And that was my workout for the day. 3 HOURS OF DANCING! Haaa I just had a wicked good night, sorry for rambling. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Plus, I'm going to Italy and Barcelona, Spain this summer for a trip with my parents, and I HAVE to have lost the wiehgt in 6 months! I cant let all those italian hotties go the waste :(

It comes in like a container and it looks like hair greese *ew* lol, but it actually works. Using coconut oil just takes some of the calories off your food. But you cant just rely on that. Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 145 lb - hey guys, it's my first day on my diet. so far i had cheerios cerial for breakfast with low fat milk, a sub on whole wheat breat and water for lunch and i didn't have my supper yet. i walked at a medium paste for an hour at a walking track place in my town. about a half hour ago i turned on my favorite song "Kiss Kiss" by Chris Brown (he's my favorite artists) and i danced the whole song in my room just swinging my arms&grinding my booty LOL , even throwing in some exercise moves to the song LOL..and i noticed that after i was done of the whole song, i was sweating and my heart rate was up...dancing is a great way to lose weight. i encourage all of you to try this and dance in your room or where ever, you will be suprised on how much of a workout it really is. good luck everyone!!!!!!!!!!!
