Breakfast~130 cals~ whole grain oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup dry peaches Snack~35 cals~ 1/2 of a orange Lunch~My Worst Meal~ 400 cals~ 1 bolonga sandwich. 1 teasppon chocolate Dinner~300 cals~ Chicken Cesear Salad w/ lowfat Croutons. Drinks~0 cals~ Drank 6 cups of water throughout the day.

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Happy Saturday everyone! I'm down another lb to 176, only 26 more to go. Gosh its been so long since i've seen mid 170's #s! Its exciting! Oh and I have some major motivation too! On Feb 8th I'm going to Iowa City, which is where University of Iowa is, and going to all the bars (u only have to 19 to get in) and having a blast with all my friends! But on top of that I'm meeting up with this boy who I haven't seen in years and he has gotten so hott and he says I'm beautiful and all this but I really don't want to disappoint him because when I go out there we are gonna talk about being together. I'm excited! Ok I'm rambling now...LoL Stay Strong over the weekend everyone!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 170 lb - i did sooo good todayyy this is getting easier and easier everyday, getting back into my routine was the best thing i ever did. plus i got some pants today and they look great on me, they make my stomach look really flat too because somehow it hides that little paunch under the bellybutton haha and they were on sale for 10 bucks. sweet deal. good luck everybody!!!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 160 lb - im doing horrible. i need control but i feel like i cant do this. i need motivation, but i guess i also really smarten up. lol. i got a free ice cream cake from my work yesterday and i had a slice of that tonight :( and i had a burger around 11:30 this morning, but it was just the burger and the cheese, and then i had crackers around 2 or 2:30, and for supper i had pizza :( hopefully tomorrow will be a lot better. NO MORE CAKE!

I graduate this year and I really want the weight off by graduation. Maybe not all of it but most. I'm running out of time and I hafta stop procrastinating. I didn't really put any weight on over the holidays thankfully. I started on New Years Day and i was doing so good and then today i snacked too much. So I decided to come back to this site where I always get inspiration from. And hopefully I can find someone to help keep me accountable and together get the weight off for good.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so basically, i lost five pounds in three days. that'd be great, if i was doing it the right way. the past three days i've had one meal a day and no snacks. last night, i was so proud of myself. i had a sleepover with three of my best friends and as we were playing a board game, my mom brought out some punch, this AMAZING pepperoni bread, and a huge tray of chocolates and candy. now, usually i'd scarf down a huge helping of all of that, but i didn't take a thing.. it was hard! i was so proud of myself though.. and the friends that know about my diet, were proud of me too. the past three days i've had: 1. well three nights ago my best friend megan invited me to go out with my other best friend rachael, so we went to a really fattening mexican place. i figured since i hadn't eaten all day that it wouldn't matter what i got. so i got a chicken quesadilla with beans and cheese and a... Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 161 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Special K cereal with fat free milk for breakfast (6:40am), peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat, an organic apple, and a chewey bar [100 cal] for lunch(9:30am), peanut butter on whole wheat after staying late for school [4:30)...snacks were a 90 calorie rice cake pack. dinner was 1 backed chicken leg, corn, and rice. Exercise was 35 mins of step aerobics in gym class, 25 min walk after school, and then going up and down stairs all day and total today i had 3 or 4 water bottles...it's bad on the timing bc my scheduled lunch period in school is at 9:30 AM, and then when i stay after like i did today, i dont eat until 4:30 so i go 7 hours without eating, but in the meantime i am walking up and down stairs, and going to gym class and everything. so how do you think i did?

I can totally do it. And the thing is this week I'm not exercising at all just cuz I'm not back on campus and I'm still losing a lot so I'm hoping when I can get back to the gym on Monday that next week I won't slow down and I'll be losing weight at the same pace. Keep up the great work everyone, you all motivate me!
