Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys. I worked out a bit over break, but not a ton. It was my first time working out in over a month because of the stress from school. I gained about 10 pounds, but I was amazed it wasn't more. I've gotten caught up and I'm determined to lose the weight again. I love working out.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 155 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Around the holidays I seem to gain a lot of weight. There are just too many temptations. Sweets, pop, anything junk food. I seem to get drawn to it like a fly to a light. I need to lose weight. It's really hurting my self esteem and it's hard to concentrate in school. I keep telling myself that I will start exercising more but it never happens. I just push it off until the next day and so on.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 148 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - (current and starting switched)did anyone screw up real bad for new years eve? i know i did. i slept over at a friends house which never goes well food-wise. last night i had a small brownie, a cookie, a few huggies, a few handfuls of chex mix and cheese popcorn. ewww. then this morning we made those refrigerated kind of cinnamon rolls and i had 3 little ones which is equal to 450 calories. so basically, i'm not eating for the rest of the day. its so freaking cold outside that i dont want to exercise but i'll try to go out for a 15 minute jog or something. :(

Ht. 5'1", Start: 132 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - ugh. im very dissapointed in myself. last night my friend invited me over to watch the ball drop and of course i said yes. before i went over there i forgot to eat dinner. so at her house her mom wanted us to make brownies and queso for us to eat. and at first i said "no. im on a diet" but then she begged me to start tomorrow as my New Year's Resolution. and i couldnt resist. now i regret the brownies and queso [which, by the way, tasted really good.]
