Ht. 5'7", Start: 167 lb, Today: 161 lb, Goal: 110 lb - So, it's my birthday weekend and that's why many of my replies say I'm 16 instead of 15 (my sweet 16 is on Monday). Anyways, I was extremely relieved when I found out that I lost a pound since I was complaining and depressed about it yesterday. My entire day was going good until my dad called me a fatass out of anger because I wouldn't babysit my younger siblings while him and my mom went to a library. I would've went too but I'm anti-germs and I feel really disgusting when I go into a library. Anyways, so I just got done crying from it, and I don't think I can take it anymore becuase he also constantly calls me a bitch and tells me that he can't wait until I get out of the house and his life. :(. I need support.

I don't know if you girls/guys are just inexperienced dieters..but your diets are all WRONG. You cant eat just one meal a day! 800 calories is not enough to live off of. The reason you people are losing 10 pounds a week is because you are starving yourselves. A good diet needs AT LEAST 1200 calories. You should be eating 3 meals a day, BREAKFAST included. Breakfast starts up your metabolism and helps you burn more calories. If you people aren't eating enough calories your body goes into starvation mode and your body will take the food you are eating and store it as fat. You will lose more weight and keep it off if you follow a healthy diet. 3 meals a day(maybe even a snack) and workout 3 times a week

I never have the right stuff to do certain exercises, and I really cant just go running it is to hard for me to do. So any help or inspiration I guess you could call it would really help. I posted a few days ago about inspirations and all, but I wanted to know what kind of workouts you all do, because apparently I'm doing the wrong ones. It's all hardcore "billy blanks boot camp", and I think it's actually making me gain muscle instead of losing weight, even though I sweat A LOT. I don't want to look like a guy, so I don't want to gain muscle at all. I just want to be thin. But anyways, I've been working out everyday for a week and haven't lost anything yet. :( Help me?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 390 lb, Today: 370 lb, Goal: 167 lb - well guys today was a very blessed day I went to sears finally and got a scale woo-hoo and my mom totally was into it .I was soooooo happy because its been a while since I went to the doctor (and we didin't have a scale at home) was weighed in right so I dont know I was scared I was knockin on 400 pounds door but in turn today I found out that I apparently lost 20 pounds putting me at 370 instead of 390 so I lost yaahoo now to keep at it what a way to get it started huh? even with the good news I surely pigged out well I wouldint say pigged out................ ok so I pigged out Im workin on it I do think Im going to start eating breakfast because my body was all shivery when I didint eat until dinner and no vitamens or water and no excercise isin't exactly what I call healthy ya know so I have to majorly CHANGE MY ROUTINE hopefully Ill keep at k god bless you guys !^_^! oh and Im still looking for people to join our contact weight loss group lets keeper goin guys!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok soi've been on this diet that is really good and i wanna share it with people its' done really good for me and it's so hard for me to loose weight but what i do isn't really hard i only eat 3 meals a day something big in the morning b/c you walk those clories off though the day a decent lunch with vegies and i eat as much of those i want and a small but filling supper After that i don't eat past 6 it's hard but it pays off when you eat past then you just lay around and brun no calories i lost a lot of weight playin lacrosse but that was a year ago and i gained some weight back so i started doin this and 've lost 8 lbs in a week and a half which is healthy i recomend this diet to any one it;s doin me wonders and i don't even have to work out walkin up and down the stairs is enough for me if nothing else works try this (i got this from my frnds and it's done wonders for them as well)

Happy Birthday Amanda :) and today i've done OK. i didnt eat breakfast (i never do, i never wake up early enough) and for my english class we went to the movies,a nd suprisingly i didnt buy ANYTHING from there, no popcorn no nothing. i took 4 100 calorie packs and ate 3 today. and then i had noodles for supper (400 cal) and i have to work so at work im either going to have a grilled chicken sandwhich or the new snack wrap we have. probably the grilled chicken though.
