Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I have been doing so much cardio, its crazy but i feel good when i do it. But the only thing i still can't stop doing is eating past 7. My mom says if i want to make a life style change like this then i have to take baby steps and im not going to give up everything at once. So i geuss i have to take that into consideration. Like right now i just want to go and raid the fridge. I am addicted to food. And honstly i think im going to get something to eat after this just out of boredum its hard not too. Its very late so maybe i just need to go to bed and see how i do tomarrow. Was it hard like this for everyone at first? So bye and good luck to everyone

Ht. 4'10", Start: 154 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 110 lb - ok. so according to my scale i have put on more weight. today i am starting a new diet though that my friend told me about. i cut out all potatoes, bread, pop, and junk food. and im gonna start walking everyday until i can turn that into running =]. any other advice i can have? i got 6 months to loose about 45 lbs. any help?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 330 lb, Today: 283 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Haha, down another pant size. I am so excited. Plus, I lost four more pounds. I know I have a lot to go, but every pound counts. I really haven't been working out. It is way to cold and I have been busy. I cannot wait for summer. I will be working and swimming, and doing etc. I hate being stuck in the house during winter. I get bored and eat. Not the best thing. Only 8 more pant sizes to go. Do you think I can do it?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 130 lb - OMG...Today I did really bad. I pretty much pigged out today. I cant believe it. Ive been trying sooo hard. Then tonight I got on the treadmill for 35 minutes and went 2 miles and burned 250 calories. I was sweating A LOT! lol. I hope that the days bring better luck for me. I would also like some tips or things to do so that I can lose about 20-30 pounds by the beginning of June. December I have to be down to my goal weight for another trip and a wedding I have to go to. If you have any new tips or anything PLEASE let me know. I need to lose this weight. My family has a history of diabetes and I really dont want that. THANKS GOOD LUCK!! =)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 170 lb - holllllyyy crap as if i lost 4 pounds in a week!!!! thats amazing... im literally in shock because i havent lost more than 1 pound in an entire month in a long time. and im not starving myself either. sweeeet im so close to my mini-goal of 170! and omg, i started work today at a call centre and this really freaking cute guy keeps winking at me and asking to hang out with me on break and stuff. i have a boyfriend, but its just nice to get attention you know? and dont worry im not "one of those" girls so no one has to lecture me or anything haha i just like being the centre of attention for once! anyways good luck guys you're doing great

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 170 lb - woohoo just updating my weight! ive lost 3 pounds in about 5-6 days by eating very healthy. didn't even exercise. finally! im doing this. 5 more pounds and i will have hit the 50 pound mark! and ten more pounds until i reach my mini-goal of 170 (i want to be 150-160, i have never been that light so i dont know what ill look like at that weight, so im keeping an open mind). anyways good luck everyone!!
