Ht. 5'5", Start: 211 lb, Today: 206 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I started weight watchers and at first i did really good i lost 5 pounds the first week but now i started taking an aerobics class at my school and ever since then i gain weight everytime i weigh in i keep track of my points good so i think it might be mucsle weight but im not sure... i didnt go this week because im afraid that i might gain more weight and im like freaking out i dont know what to do... does anyone have any advise?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 160 lb - k so for some reason this week i got down to 178, and without changing anything, im back up to 180. i think it might be because ive been really busy and havent been eating much. i notice when i dont eat much my body refuses to lose weight and holds onto water and stuff. plus i havent been drinking much either oh well, at least im down to 180. i decided to lower my goal weight to 160 because 170 seems too high still. anyways good luck guys!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 231 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey ok so the other day i weighed myself and i had gained 6 pounds i have ma period so maybe that was 1 reason but i felt really bad but i got up and started a diet yesterday and did really well i ate 1275 calories and workedout for about 1 hour i feel really like and proud that i'm finally getting started because i really wanna lose this wieght i can't weight to lose my 50 pounds good luck everyone

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 105 lb - hey guys! how are u all doing? good luck and good job on all ur weight loss and ggood eating habits! well i have a few questions...for one, about how many calories would running on a (very crappy and cheap) eliptical burn in about 10 minutes? and my dad bought the total gym 1100 and i have gained a few pounds of muscle which is good! but im not losing any of my stubborn belly fat that makes me look pregnant! im also STARVING...and im eating sooo much food...oh and btw, i have ocd and my obsession is food! i can eat over 12500 alories a day!..but i see a therapist and im on pills. they put me to 4000 at the very most for now until i ca lower but thats a third of what im used to and im sooooo hungry!!!!!! so what types of foods satisfy u guys? good luck to everybody!

Ht. 5'0", Start: 197 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey guys ive been doing really well on my eating but my exercise been okay u need to work on it. if some of u guys tend to over eat seriously try & eat an apple like 10-30 mins before you eat it really helped my become satisfied & it keeps me full for like 3-4 hours. but ya jus a suggestion...good luck and god bless! :)
