Ht. 5'8", Start: 330 lb, Today: 287 lb, Goal: 200 lb - So, It is before school and I thought I would post something. I am going to Florida in 14 days and want to be at least 270. Summer is coming up and I would love to be 240 by June. I am trying to set small goals for myself. Then when school starts I want to be 205-200. Do you think this is possible? I am hoping so. I haven't been this motatived for a long time. I am sick of being know as "Sara, the fat one." It gets old after awhile. So when I hit 200 my goal weight will finally change...to 150. =] Yeah, I have a long way to go, but when I get there I will be still on here supporting all of you. Remember you can all do it. [= and my new weight will be posted saturday night. =]

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Hello everyone.Haven't been on here in like 2 months since then I lost about 10 more pounds.Starting to struggle and lose motivation last 2 days I did not eat good at all.Im so sick of worrying about my weight.It feels like im never gonna get out of the 200 area.Me and my sister are both trying to lose weight she was skinny all her life till she met her boyfriend now she is about 20 pounds heavier then me and so we came up with an agreement if she lost enough weight by summer I would have to buy her a new bikini and if I lost it before her she would buy me a bikini.I have such a long way to go and I don't know how much more of it I can take.I have been exersizing alot and it seems like im not losing anything.Well hope everyone is doing good.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - i cant stop thinking about food lately. like i went about a week and a half eating sooo well, and not giving into temptation, and i lost 5 pounds, now all of a sudden im like the hugest fatass in the world who cant stop thinking about food. lol well, once a fat kid always a fat kid. im just afraid that once i hit my goal weight, that ill still be a fat kid on the inside and never be able to live like a skinny person haha i dunno, im getting ahead of myself. maybe i should just focus on losing the weight first. anyways good luck everybody!

So instead fight it off and know that tomorrow will be a better day and remember that no one said it was going to be easy and its all part of the learning process. On a side note: Almost everyone who is trying to lose weight has eaten too much and has chosen to make themselves or tried to throw up. Ive Done It! But you know what, after that first time i realized that it would only turn into a cycle and that in order for me, in the future, to have a healthy lifestyle it was important for me to learn to not do this. So in conclusion congratulations to those that have lost 50 lbs, 20 lbs, 2 lbs ...however many lbs, you deserve to be congratulated. Losing weight is battle within ourselves. We have to learn the skills and the tools to lose weight and no matter how many times we lose the battles as long as the next day you get up and fight... You will eventually win the war... Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i seriously just hate myself. i try and try and then i fail. today, i ate a small bowl of life cereal for breakfast and a special k bar and a bag of popcorn for lunch. so yeah, that was okay. only about 400 calories. thenn i got home from school and this is always my downfall. i ate a freaking piece of chocolate cake then like 15 ritz crackers with peanut butter and an apple. wth? i'm such a fatass. i tried to make myself puke it up, but i cant! i just gag and no food comes up. I just get so frusturated cause everyday i say okay, this is it, im gonna do well today. and i start out good then screw myself. now i cant even think of a way to work out cause its raining outside and i cant be active inside cause my house is old and it shakes. IM SO MAD !^$%&*&T3tr8f73. i wanna lose weight so bad, my friends are so thin and pretty and guys all like them and im the ugly fat one. i dont know what to do. i dont know how to commit. :( Sorry for the venting but im pissed as hell and i hate myself.
