Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 150 lb - But I decided that I am slowly going organic and all-natural with most of my body care products, not becuase I'm a rebel or hippie or whatever just becuase I feel better when I used things like Burt's Bees lip balm and lotion and stuff like that. I'm also starting to go that way with food...WOW! I still shop at SuperFresh and Shop Rite for some things but I love Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Their food tastes so good and the extra cash is worth it in the long run, believe me, becuase you're taking better care of yourself. Also, I'm not a vegetarian, but I recently started drinking soy milk instead of regular milk and I fell WAY better. My nose is much less stuffy and snively and I love the taste. The 365 Days brand at Whole Foods is really yummy. ;) Try new foods!

Ht. 5'11", Start: 257 lb, Today: 257 lb, Goal: 170 lb - I am 13 and very over weight. I get made fun of at school but over the years it has totally toughened me up and I don't care but sometimes (rarely) I do. I'm a really confident person and I'm happy with what I weigh but when people start giving me problems about it, it bothers me. I'm going to lose a lot of weight. I guess this is just a goal setter for me so I can get it out there. But does anyone have any good ideas for me to start? I thought about running but I would look like the biggest loser (no pun intended) running around our neighborhood.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey guys, just here to answer a question i received about how long it took me to lose 50 pounds. it took me about a year, but i didn't exercise much at all. i just watched what i ate with a lot of screw-ups along the way. if i had exercised regularly i could have cut the time it took to lose it in half, but im okay with it. the fact that its coming off slow means it will stay off. but yeah, basically just take your time and do your best and no matter how long it takes, you'll be thankful you stuck with it whether its 5 months or 5 years later. good luck! :)
