Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hi there. im kind of frustrated with weight loss right now. for the past 3 years or so ive been trying to lose weight but i never TRULY committed until about 3 weeks ago. Now, i jog for 20-30 minutes a day and really really watch what i eat. the first week, i lost a half inch (i dont have a scale so i measure my stomach). now nothing has been happening. i dont really have time to work out more than i do. hopefully i get out of this plateau somehow, and soon. i wear a size 8 currently. Do you think by mid June I could be a 6? How many inches are between pant sizes, does anyone know?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 320 lb, Today: 320 lb, Goal: 280 lb - I had a pretty good day today, I ate very sensibly, hardly any dinner because the dining hall sucked lol and my friend miraculously called me inviting me to work out when I was reaching to grab some fattening sweets and we worked out for an hour and a half 15 of weight lifting, 15 on the tredmill and an hour of playing a game called squash, its some kinda game like tennis with no net, it is so much fun, you forget that your working out but it came to a sudden end because I almost dislocated my shoulder, no pain no gain lol, hope everyone else had a great day!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 146 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 113 lb - am 5'4. and about 145 lbs.(i do play sports and have somemuscles.. i dont look that much) i am still slightly overweight. both of my parents are overweight.(almost obese) and we have chips and stuff in the house that my dad likes to eat.. all of. i'm pretty good at eating normaly, and we never go to fast food either. but my mom usually cooks like fattier foods that i dont need.. like cassorale and 'good homeade stuff' and hamburgers. i usually dont eat a lot of it though. but i do have to get food somewhere. ya know? they're not very active. my mom is busy a lot and my dad has an office job...i manage to sometimes exercise, not as much as i should though my question is this. why can't they start living healthier.. for me? dont get me wrong i know they love me and everything, but it just makes it harder for me trying to live a healthier life style. i really don't want to end up like they ... Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i feel, i feel bad like feel like a bicth because i have been doing SO BAD! im eating out of control and i care but at the same time i don't then i come on here and see all of you so hard at work it is killing me inside, but no matter how hard i try i just can't get myself back on track! is it because i just sarted to take anit-depressents? you know what im going to do ok so this is what my room is a mess so im going to get my bed cleared of and then make a place so i can get up in the morning and excerise. To get 30 mins in of my walk 2 miles dvd (which works so good! i just drop the lbs when i use it) i have to get up at 5:45 in order to eat breakfast after that and get dressed and stuff to get to the bus stop in time so tomarrow i am going to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!! wish me luck and maybe some advice plz =]] thanks good luck to all of you

Well up until I was around 12, I was a hardcore gymnast so I was in great shape, then I quit because I had no time to do anything bc I was training so much. Now i've lost7 pounds in about a month, and thats with working out 4-5 times a week for at least an hour. I haven't been eating the greatest which is why the weight isn't coming off as quick as it should. I have a personal trainer who is my life saver=) He's my dad's friend that i've known forever and he's amazing and keeps me motivated, but he's also hard on me which is good. I just wanted to tell all of you out there that YOU CAN DO THIS. Put your mind to it and you'll be able to achieve anything!! Don't deprive yourself of your favorite foods, jsut have them in moderation because if you deprive yourself, you'll be more likely to binge later on.
