Ht. 5'1", Start: 126 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i used to be thin but over the past 4 months i keep on gaining weight i dont no what to do, all my weight goes to my belly , my waist is 35 inches, is that to big, people have started to comment on my weight and poke my belly, it also hangs over my pants, how do i lose weight as i cant do much exercise only in my room, any diets or tips anyone can recomend please x x x x x

Ht. 5'5", Start: 206 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 120 lb - So I got down to 175 two years ago. Then I managed to gain 21 of those 30 lost pounds back gradually. Im mad at myself, but wallowing in self pity wont solve anything. Im working out three times a day in hopes of reaching my goal by late september--when I start college. In the morning I lift weights and do some Taebo. In the afternoon I go for a 1.5 mile walk with my dog and in the evening I go as close to an hour as I can on the elliptical. I love working out, but Im doing it so often that I lack the motivation. Any tips to maintain motivation?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 191 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So me and my bf broke up early today because hes in Iraq and its kinda hard being 17 and dating someone whose 3000 miles away from you. We found that out the hard way it and I cant take him too any dances anyways he's 21. So we want to get back together when he gets home in Feb. of 09. So when I go and pick him up from the airport I want to surprise him weighing 145 lbs. I'm 172 right now. So if anyone has any ideas they can give me to loss the weight by then I would greatly appreciate them. Starting tomorrow I'm cutting sweets out of my diet including pop and energy drinks (which im addicted to) It's too cold for me to go outside and do any exercises right now so I need some indoor ones if you guys have any suggestions. Thanks.

I have been doing pretty good for my 1st week so far, I've been eating more fruit with my breakfast and cutting my meal portions over half and for lunch the same thing and for dinner I have been having just a plate of salad with the works and chopped grilled skinless chicken breast with raspberry vinagrette dressing and cranbery juice. As for my workouts yesterday I walked at a steady but slight fast pace on the tredmill for an hour and 45 minutes and today the same but I cut it down to an hour. For this entire week I am going to walk on the tredmill for about an hour and 45 minutes which is about 3 miles and next week I will begin jogging on the tredmill, I am aiming to lose 20 before school is over May 9th but since I don't have a scale (i'm away at college) I will start testing out some old jeans I could fit when I started college in August and the more I can fit them comfortably the more I see myself losing, wish me luck because I am surrounded by tempting foods lol. Ht. 4'10", Start: 159 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 120 lb - down some weight again. im now on a diet that my sister came up with all on her own. and i love it. its called the soup diet. and its extremely healthy, and easy to stick with. if anyone wants to know about it, just message me. ive lost 3 lbs with it. on the account that i was on a calorie diet, and my weight kept going up and down.
