It's amazing how much complete strangers can help eachother out. I haven't been doing well, college has really been getting to me. I miss HS terribly but I know I have to deal with it. I'm pretty sure I gained the freshmen fifteen or ten or whatever. I just don't lose weight the way I used to before. I either go up or stay where I am. It sucks. I hope the rest of you are doing good. That's for me...I need some help. :(

Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Guess what I did yesterday! A 5K(3.1 miles) for charity! I was planning on just walking it with my friends but once we got there we decided to run. We jogged most of the time with some pauses to walk and catch our breath. It took me about 36 minutes. I'm proud of myself! :) I'm glad i've been running every day or else I would have done a lot worse. Today, i jogged for 30-40 minutes, again with walking breaks. I've eaten a bagel with margarine, a few tortilla chips with salsa (maybe a 100 calories worth, a diet pepsi, a 90 calorie smoothie, and i still have to eat dinner. I think i'm going to go for a walk and maybe eat some peanut butter crackers before dinner. Have i done ok today? comments appreciated!

a friend of ours in our class did a project on obesity, so, he just asked us to do what we would normally on a saturday, which for me is sitting in the Chair eating cips which are rested on my gut which keeps getting bigger but i can't exercise because i have broken my ankles How can i lose weight

Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I went to the mall yesterday with my friend and we started to look in Dillard's for clothes. And I have this 8th grade formal dance that's coming up in about a month and so I decided to look at the dresses and I found the perfect dress but it comes in one size smaller than I am. So you lose about ten pounds to drop a size right? I just have to ask the best way to lose the most weight you can in 4 weeks [besides jennie craig and nutrisystem]

Ht. 5'8", Start: 198 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 170 lb - hi i really need help im coming to that stage where im just thinking of giving up as i said earlier even my family thinks im fat and i cant stop eating and because i eat so much in a day my belly is starting to hang over my pants which is really embarassing when your on the beach or swimming ive even got stretch marks on my legs so really im to fat for my body if i cant lose these habits (which is unlikely i love chocolate to much) im going to give up weightloss and just have to face being fat :(

For lunch [instead of the salad i usually have] I got their cheese sticks because i thought it would take too long to wait for the salads. Then i had Maui Bros pizza with my friend last night. It was really greasy. ick. I feel really awful. and i dont know when I'm gonna lose any weight. I'll just have to keep trying despite temptations. if you know any good exercises tell me. I would really like to know.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 331 lb, Today: 331 lb, Goal: 300 lb - Ive changed up my goals because I figured out if I tackle my goals in smaller portions I don't become so discouraged and give up. This week was such a mess, I did good the first 3 days and after that it went downhill, I just have to build on my will power because I give in so easily to fatty foods. I hope that I can get to 300 way before school starts back in August, i'm going to push myself, because strangely about myself, I don't mind working out, I ACTUALLY LIKE IT lol, its just when it comes to food I don't do so good. So next week i'm going back to my original plan of the special k for breakfast, sandwhich for lunch, salad for dinner, lots of water and 2 hours of exercise at the rec center, if I can build this habit for the last two weeks of school, i think I can maintain it througout the summer. By this Christmas I want to be in the 200's. My inspiration is celebrity fit club and the biggest loser, mainly the biggest loser, it helps me to keep going. so i hope everyone else is doing well!

hey guys. so i've just started weight watchers. this was my first week on it and i've felt really good about myself. i am allowed 26 points due to my weight. most days i have points left over which is a good thing. i have also been walking one mile everyday (except yesterday and today). i have a condition called fibromyalgia which affects my muscles and recently my ankle has been swollen and very sore. does anyone know any exercises i could do that wouldnt affect my legs/ankles? i really want to get rid of my "bra fat" you all know what im talking about. my mom told me if i lose 15 lbs. i can get a belly button ring and im working really hard. i want to be able to look good in a bikini this summer. what are some good diet foods that you all enjoy? im a very picky eater and its hard for me to find healthy things to eat. any suggestions?
