I am currently at 210,my starting weight is 210 , my goal weight for this week will be between 209 and 205.My strategies for this week is to cut my portion size in half and exercise at the gym.Good Luck to all the other weight loss challengers. Ht. 5'2", Start: 162 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone. I'm really sad lately. My best friend is extremely skinny and pretty as well as all my other friends. I'm not EXTREMELY obese, but I don't feel comfortable with myself, and there is no way I'm going to be in a bathing suit in front of people. I really want to start losing weight, but I have no clue what to do. I really need help from everyone. Pleaseeee. Any tips will help. Should I run or jog? Should I lift weights?? What should I eat?? Ht. 5'9", Start: 180 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Well guys as you can see, my weight has been up and down in the past year. Over the summer I got down to 174, then when school started it bubbled right back up. There's an 8th grade formal on the 30th at my school. I got a dress yesterday, and it's a really nice dress. But I want to lose as much of my arm flab and belly as possible before the dance. I know, I only have 12 days to do all this, which is why I came here. Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 156 lb - To (YO):All you have to do is log on to the website every week and record your starting weight,current weight, and your goal weight.Also you can tell the rest of the weight loss challengers what strategies you used to lose weight or anything that you would like to add to the bulletin board.The goal is to see how much weight we lose during and summer and to get the motivation that we need to reach our goals.Good Luck and if you need anymore information just post a message on the bulletin board.
