Ht. 5'5", Start: 260 lb, Today: 260 lb, Goal: 210 lb - hey everybody, well i have been putting off my diet forever!!! and today i think i am really ready to start. i am getting so annoyed with my weight. i'm going to eat less fattening things and cut down on my portions. i really need to change. i'll post back on here maybe in the next couple days just to tell how i'm doing, but i'm not weighing myself until this coming tuesday. i'm hoping to lose about 50 pounds in 6-8 months. do you think thats possible? any tips are welcome:] byee<3

Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - asdlfkja'rlgkj lol i just had to do that! ok so when i came on here about eh maybe 2 months ago i lost 15 lbs i gained it back cuz i just stoped see i can get back on track but i can not stay with it!!!! its hard for me so right now im going to go and do a mile yupp a mile its nice out! i got my hw done-well i don't have my math done cuz i can't find my book! and u know what else i have to say is its SO SO SO HARD for me to not snack! like on crackers and chips and cookies =[[ ( i only ate 4! yes i know 4 thats alot but they were so good! but we got them from my grandma thats why we have them) so yeah i gained it back damn i wish i did not do that but yea i need some body by my side to tell me to keep up on it just keep going and going and going and don't look back cuz then u will fall, i try to tell myself but it don't work i alwasy say like im too fat i won't loose it im to fat i will... I was wondering if any of you knew of some stores where i would be able to find some clothes my size (womens plus are too small now) and also I was wondering if you guys wear your pants below your belly or above, because i can bearly find pants to fit below my belly so above would be impossible...please respond i need to find clothes...thanks

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I used to post at this site years ago when I gained a lot of weight but I managed to lose it. Now, I come again because I'm really determined to lose all the extra weight I gained. My first year of university wasn't easy, and with all the stress I was having I gained probably more than 30 pounds. I'm really motivated now to lose all this weight by eating healthy, exercising and not going out to eat at fast foods like I usually did. The best motivation you can have is your desire to change and better yourself, if you have support from friends, even better. So, wish me luck! I will be posting how it goes.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 149 lb, Goal: 119 lb - Hey, i have a bit of advice. when you're dieting or eating less than what u need so lose weight, your metabolism slows down. it is good sometimes(as a way of avoiding plateaus) to eat more well not lots but enough calories to maintain the weight instead of lose so your metabolism will be reboosted helping to stop you regaining weight when you reach your target weight. When you reach your target weight your metabolism may be so slow you have to eat like you're constantly dieting to maintain that weight so i highly recommend this. hope this helps xxx
