Ht. 5'6", Start: 225 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So.. I've been trying to find places to work out, but still no luck. Does anyone know if all gyms require to be 18+(or less/more) or not? I want to join one, but it seems expensive and embarrassing (for the most part - I do NOT like people watching me exercising)

I did great yesterday and I needed a good start to keep me going and here I am. My main goal is to be in the 160's by then. You see for one the week of my birthday is the college world seris, idk if anyone here follows college baseball but its a pretty big deal where I'm from. Like last year I was Espn everyday with my friends in our cute bikinis and I wanna get back to the way I looked then. Plus I will guarantee u I will run into my ex there, well one of them, we dated for like 2 years, and I simply want him to eat his heart out. Then for my actual birthday my friends and I are going on a road trip to a college town and getting a hotel and bar hopping all weekend and what can I say I wanna look good =] Well this time around I'm only gonna weigh in once a week, which is crazy... I wish everything could fall into place. I feel like im eating the wrong kinds of foods. I mean its heathly food ii only eat about 1500 cal. a day but does anyone know a good diet plan or a good site that puts a diet plan together for you for free?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 320 lb, Today: 299 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So, I started off good. But well lately, I have let myself just fkc up all over. I have been doing a lot of stupid shyt lately. But this past weekend was a real eye-opener. I went to an amusement park and I just fit to be buckled on the rollercoasters. I will go to Six Flags for my eighth grade trip in about a month, and I would like to loose atleast 10 pounds by then. I do not want to grow up to be some old fat lady living alone in a tiny apartment with 50 cats. I also have my eight grade graduation dance, and I would like to feel a little more confident. Nothing worked for the past few times I have tryed to lose weight I sort of had the "i can be happy with the way I am" thoughts but the trueth is I HATE being ... well FAT how can three little letters make soo much of a differance in the way I am? anyway I have decided I am not going to complain or forget about it or treat myself to any icecream anymore I am going to really focus on loseing this weight not just to be healthy but to feel good about myself. I want to be able to go to the store and not have to look FOREVER to find my size in things. I want to be able to go to the pool and wear a bathing suit and NOT feel scared of who might see me. so tommorrow I start! I have exactly 2 and half months to lose 30-35 pounds ! wish me luck!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok so my weight loss journey started off great (2 years ago) I was losing left and right but then I slacked off due to school work and regular work...stress made me gain weight so I want to lose that weight now! My starting weight was 210. My current weight is 176 (used to be 165 until I gained:( ) and my goal weight is 160...so I hope to lose about 20 lbs this summer! I WILL be successful, today is the starting of a new mindset for me...I'm on my period though so that sucks:( but who cares! I will not let that get in the way of my success! lol I'm determined. I have finals all this week but I will try my best and hardest to work my butt off, starting small and going for the big work outs. Good luck to you all! wish me luck too! I really need it.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 145 lb - HI well i'm saphira.My story:I was a little child until i was seven and my family and I moved country.Since then i always feel uncomfortable and as though i dont fit in and have been gaining alot of weight since then.I found comfort in food i was bullied by girls that were also my so called friends and they are still in my life today but not in the capacity of friends. Well thats my story really, i find it hard to fit in where i live as i am a preappy girl and they make fun of me here.I do not respond to these people but i keep trying to loose the weight for my health and happiness.Last summer i lost 20lb and i was down to 175lb i felt great and i want to get to that place again and try to loose even more if i can.I would like to loose around 40lb by christmas.
