Ive been thinking about trying but im scared that i wont be able to follow it. Cause i love meat. Im really trying to lose weight. Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 119 lb - i just want to give up. i actually cant stand it anymore that some people just eat what they want and are thin. it physically hurts and aches inside when i see everyone else i know and they have slim bodies. i actually want to die. i would do ANYTHING to be like them and have a naturally thin body. i hate it i hate myself i dont know what to do. i cant even eat like a normal amount without gaining.! meh sorry for that

I have pretty much been overweight for a big part of my childhood. I want it to end. I am tired of always being a shadow of everyone else. I feel like an out because of the way I look. So i have been dieting for about 3 months and lost 20 pounds and much more to come.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 198 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hi my name is melissa, and i just wanted to say that i have been on a diet for about 2 and a half months now and lost 27 pounds! what i have been doing is eating healthy and working out at the gym for 45minutes 4 times a week. it's very exciting to see the results! also i wanted to share some tips: -chew sugar-free gum, when i'm craving something (usually chocolate lol) i justgrab a piece of gum and then i forget about the craving bc im chewing something -drink lots of water (i try to drink about 5 500ml water bottles per day) -don't eat anything four hours before you go to sleep -brush your teeth after dinner to stop yourself from snacking late at night -CRYSTAL LIGHT is a good way to avoid consuming lots of sugar thats in juices -keep a journal of what you're eating! -HAVE A CHEAT DAY! don't completely deprive yourself of snacks bc you will end up binging hope this helps someone a little bit

Just turned 13 :D Finally get to post on the teens board where people actually reply. :p Anways, you might've noticed that I've gained like 18 pounds. Well, my starting was in July. I've gained a few pounds in fat and the rest in growth. Now, I don't expect to lose 72 pounds in like 5 months, but I do hope to atleast lost 30 or 40. Is that possible? If I stick to my diet and work out alot. I want to look someone good for my 7th grade year.. Next year we gotta get undressed infront of each other. :/
