Ht. 5'4", Start: 146 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 113 lb - i gotta serious problem. i know HOW to lose weight. i really WANT to. i jsut cant KEEP myself on the same routine for a long time.& my paretns do NOT eat healthy what so ever!! &i htink exercising is boriong. i'd rather just goof off and hang out with my bff. i really dont look like i weigh that much( 145) i still have fat though. & my sister is getting MARRIED and GRADUATING from high school in the sameyear ( couple months of with each other.) and she's thin and smart and pretty.. its just a lot of pressure. i want to get healthier and im goign to high school next year.. its just really frusterating and idk what to DO!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 263 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 145 lb - ok...so as you can C I've lost 13 pounds....but im am so very proud of myself because today i was not having a good day...i mean everything wuz goin WRONG..and when i'm normally not in a good mood i EAT.....but when i reached for da chips i re4ached in da bag put it up 2 ma lips...but STOPPED!!!!!!...i mean i kno dizz doesnt mean that much 2 ya but..i STOPPED..I mean this is really a big break through.....WISH ME LUCK & MORE WEIGHT LOSS!!!

[I have my own serious reasons why] If you want to help me out, I would really like it if you could give me the most efficient ways you know how to lose weight in about 4-5 weeks.I've tried just about everything to find this information. Ht. 5'5", Start: 206 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Its a new week and a new start on my fitness regime. I keep wanting to work out in the morning, but then I wake up and get really depressed so I go back to sleep haha. Breakfast: fruit and oatmeal. Midmorning snack: a tortilla i can make last for hours. Lunch: a lettuce, spinach and tofu salad with soy milk, fruit Afternoon snack: half a pita and hummus Dinner: the other half of the pita, either a tofurkey dog or a vegan burger and a serving of V8 Splash. Excercise: 30 minutes on both elliptical and treadmill, and 1 hour of weight lifting. And if I have time I will try to fit in a walk around my neighborhood after school (about 1.3 miles). But I am usually so busy that I cant spare more than 2 hours daily.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 330 lb, Today: 331 lb, Goal: 280 lb - Hey everyone! Today starts my new official lifestyle change. I read that if a person can maintain a habit for two weeks that can keep it up for a very long time. So today I am starting my own little made up diet plan. Breakfast - Special K and Skim Milk, Lunch - a turkey or tuna sandwhich on multigrain bread some kind of fruit and juice and Dinner - a Chicken salad with a mix of iceberg salad mix and romaine lettuce with raspberry vinagrette dressing. If there is time for a snack it will be Yoplait Light Yogurt or a Granola Bar I am trying to increase my water intake drastically, and I usually have a form of fruit for my dessert, I discovered these small cans of del monte fruit but they offer them in cans of 100 calorie, I love the 100 cal peaches and fruit cocktail so I usually have that. For exercise I do 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, 30 minutes on the tredmill, sometimes 5-10 minutes of rowing on the rowing machine and I love doing 15 minutes or more of mechanical weights. I hope that I can get down some 6 pounds or more before I go home for the summer May 10th.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 146 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I'm so ashamed! I was the one who complained about my bf who has gained much weight. I wanted to eat only "good" foods and tried to lose weight. But now I've just pigged out together with my bf and I have gained 4 lbs in 8 days! I feel so full and fat, it's awful. When I told him about my feelings, he just said "yeah, me too". When I'm together with him I have no chance to eat healthy. And it's so important for me to lose this weight again. All my jeans are too tight now. It seems if I'm always getting fatter instead of thinner!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 150 lb - woohoo! lost another pound! it takes a while but im still happy everytime that number goes down even just one digit. ive been diong really well with my intake, been excercising a little more too. i think the nice weather is to blame lol anyways, good luck guys

Ht. 5'5", Start: 195 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 120 lb - So I seriously thought I would lose like 10 pounds this week. I went vegan, ate less and healthier, and I ran over a mile daily, and then followed that by weight lifting and very long walks. But NO! I gain 4 pounds. And I highly doubt its the whole "muscle weighs more than fat" schpeal that everyone always tells others.
