Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 105 lb - hey everybody! well, im doing really horrible rigt now...im binging on atleast 5000 calories! i cant help it but right now im going through an episode and i feel like im starving all the time...i went to the doctor but nothing is wrong with me(well besides weight of couse)...i used to binge really badly before but i wasnt really hungry, i just did it. now im really starved all the time no matter how much i eat and now im gaining more weight again...but what sucks about it is sine i binge sooo quickly, all my weight is in my lower belly and i look pregnant! what the hell is wrong with me???!!!

I have gained another 2 pounds. What can I do? I just can't resist if he asks me to eat with him. I feel so guilty but I don't know what to do. Im really pleased cos i was getting really demotivated. But today, ive been feeling really hungry and craving sugar all day (time of the month)so after dinner i had a flake chocolate bar (170 cals) but ive not eaten over 2000 calories so my weight shouldnt be affected or at least i hope not cos ive not done any exercise either!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey guys! well i've been doing awesome lately. been trying to eat really well, and ive been walking a freaking crapload too. i can see a difference in my butt and legs already, and i can feel it too lol im so sore. i dont know exactly what i weigh right now because when i came home after being at work and my bfs for the past couple days i didnt go by that weight because i had eaten and drank, but in the morning i will know for sure if my hard work has payed off. anyways, good luck everyone :) you can do it

Ht. 5'8", Start: 179 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys =] Well, in 3 weeks i lost 12lbs which was great! However it has now been more than two weeks since then and i haven't lost any more! Its so disappointing because i have been sticking to eating healthy foods and have been exercising at least 3 times per week...but still no change on the scales! It makes it so tempting to just give up and have what i want but im not going to do that, i'll just have to work extra hard to get to my goal. Im hoping to get to 165 by the start of May so lets hope i drop those 2lbs in the next week or so lol. <3

Ht. 5'7", Start: 221 lb, Today: 213 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I have been wanting to lose weight for a while, but I keep putting it off. Now I'm to the point where it's making me angry. I want it off more than anything and I know I can do it. My biggest problem is portioning. It's not that I eat too many times a day, it's how much of it I take and what I take. I'm eating too much of the wrong kinds of food. I try to eat breakfast, but usually don't have time in the mornings (don't want to miss the bus), I usually mooch off of others at lunch, then i come home from school at three and eat a big meal, then later on have dinner. I exercise for about 90-120 minutes a day and drink two bottles of water during it. I can feel myself gaining muscle, but the fat doesn't seem to go away. The biggest reason I want to lose the weight is so I can excel in sports. This summer I am planning on trying out for the school's tennis team, and hopefully next spring I will try out for the softball team. Wish me luck!
