Ht. 5'10", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Okay well its officially summer vacation for me and I decided i'm finally going to stay strong and stick to it. i wanna looose 35lbs by the end of august. I'm going to start highschool at a brand new school so i really wanna be the best i can be and enjoy my highschool years instead of worrying about my weight. and also i decided that if i loose the weight im gonna try out for soccer at highschool. well wish me luck and does anyone have any tips please?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 150 lb - arrrrghhghghgh. k i was 171 like a week ago. great right? well all of a sudden my weight went up to 175 and i havent changged anything. i think it might be because im supposed to get my period soon, but still. im getting frusterated. i just wanna be 150 so bad. but the good news is i had taken a full body pic of myself at 195, and then i did the other day at 171 and put them together. wow. what a difference 24 pounds makes. its really motivating to see the difference. anyways, stay strong everyone. bye!!
