Ht. 5'8", Start: 181 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - reasonable to lose 20lbs in 3 months, working out 4-5 times a week and obviously having a better diet? just got my gym membership today and my friend and i are gonna work out over the summer-wish us luck! :)

What is your favourite healthy/low cal drink and snack/food/meal.
my fave drink is either Pepsi max or diet coke
and fave snack is probably ice lollies(quite low in cals and great for summer) or plain popcorn with a bit of salt

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 150 lb - arrrrghhghghgh. k i was 171 like a week ago. great right? well all of a sudden my weight went up to 175 and i havent changged anything. i think it might be because im supposed to get my period soon, but still. im getting frusterated. i just wanna be 150 so bad. but the good news is i had taken a full body pic of myself at 195, and then i did the other day at 171 and put them together. wow. what a difference 24 pounds makes. its really motivating to see the difference. anyways, stay strong everyone. bye!!

(thats a gym) im so excited. there are ellipticals and a swimming pool. and weight stuff. oh yeah baby. im going to go everyday in the morning (taking the city bus) but not on the weekends....i'll do other stuff on saturday and sundays are my rest days. im pumped man! oh and who here likes that new miley cyrus song 7 THINGS. i do. its so addicting. o.k.a.y. bye!
