Ht. 5'6", Start: 215 lb, Today: 206 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ok! 9lbs down, 56 more to go until i've reached my first huge goal weight.lol. anyways- i've found this great site where you enter all the foods you eat and your exercise and it gives you pie charts of your protein/carbs/fats, and a detailed nutritional analysis of what you ate that way. plus it charts your progress. i love it- it makes it so i don't have to stress out so much figuring it out myself- plus i like how technical and straight forward the charts are. at first i just used the free account but i just updated and i paid $30 for an entire year! if anyone is interested in it- comment with your email because i get a discount if i refer people who use the site (sorry- not i'm not spamming or anything, i would just like the perks if you're going to use it anyways, if not- that's fine too). some other sites where you can figure it out yourself are www.caloriesperhour.com and calorieking.com

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hey I was thinking of changing up my eating habits and lately I've been in love with salad. Chicken salad- to be exact. The chicken is cut up into little squares and made in half a tea spoon of olive oil and lemon juice. Will I lose any weight if I eat this everyday? substituting it for like a sandwhich or rice(brown) or something.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey all! Some of you guys seem lost or frustrated becuase you want to loose weight but don't know how to get started. First, it's time to go shopping! Throw all of your junk food in the thrash (yes, you MUST throw it out!) and then head to the supermarket. If you're not sure what foods you should be eating, check out this handy list from the famous Hungry-Girl.com to get you started: http://www.hungry-girl.com/week/weeklydetails.php?isid=1447
Choose what you think you might like and start small and they just released a cookbook with great recipes, healthy food swaps, and eating out survival guides. Their website is great for everything in general about food! I'm not trying to advertise or anything, but I think it's really worth checking out. :D

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so yesterday i ate about 1230 calories and went to bed hungry because i didnt want to mess it up. my stomach was raging by the time i woke up but it was a new day. so far ive eaten 820 cals so ive got another 280 that i can have later. im going to do finish this weight loss thing once and for all and hopefully never have to "diet" again. ill just watch what i eat. i feel really good about myself lately though. guys have been checking me out and i was at a restaurant with my friend and this really cute guy kept smiling at me then came to our table and introduced himself. it was lame though cause he used that line "excuse me... have i met you before?" haha and my friends boyfriends brother commented on how slim i looked. it was awesome. only 21 more pounds and ill have the body i always dreamed of. stay strong everyone!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys. Just had a question. Usually when I'm watching TV, I sit on my exercise ball and bounce up and down lol. Does that burn any calories? I feel my stomach and legs pressing but I dunno if it means anything.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - I most likely won't be on until next week, but I just wanted to say that in place of a dessert or chocolate-y snack a Chocolate Underground Stonyfield Farm Organic yogurt is yummy and kicks a craving to the curb. It is a little high in calories though, so save if for a dessert or a snack between lunch and dinner.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 117 lb - So I'm down another Pound! I feel like I'm finally making progress but I'm going to up my workouts to 6 days a week and eat at least two salads a day with just veggies in them. I am guessing that I will be where I want to be in a year to a year and a half. As long as I can keep it off for the long run I'm willing to take it slow. So how are you all doing? What works best for you guys?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 150 lb - okay so today i biked for like 20 minutes and i am sweating like crazy right now lol my legs are killing me, i havent biked since like september so im kind of out of shape for it. but im going to continue doing this throughout the summer. ilove biking in the summer because u get a nice breeze and u can drive by all the nice trees and yards. i love it. i looove summer. i cant wait til the waters warm enough to swim. ill go do laps lol im just really worried about myself lately. i try and count calories and do well but i screw up daily. but my bf and his immense appetite have a lot to do with it. hes out of town though for 4 or 5 days so im going to stick to my diet and exercise and hopefully be in the 160s by the time he gets back. i know i can do it because when im strict i can easily lose 2 pounds in less than a week. well good luck everyone! and dont let the scale get you down

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I really have nothing intelligent to say right now, but I really just need to vent. GRRRR!!! If I see one more question worksheet about "Romeo and Juliet" I'm going to crack. My head feels like it's about to explode becuase I have finals this week and basically didn't get to do much real studying because I had HOMEWORK to finish over the weekend! I might have been able to avoid a bit of it if I'd planned better, but jeez, I'm only 15 and I need to relax and have a life! I'm really stressed and on top of it I think it's going to be that time of the month again. Ugh this sucks! And tomorrow is my last full day of classes; Wed-Fri I have exams and then next week I have like 2 days and I'm free! But compared to last year, when I was loosing weight and weighed around 163 lbs, I feel terrible. Last year I actually looked forward to summer and shopping, but now I'm like WTF becuase I haven't weighed this much since 2006 and I'm majorly upset. SORRY ABOUT THIS LONG AND POINTLESS POST BUT I HAD TO LET IT OUT!
