Ht. 5'4", Start: 146 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i went running yesterday. it was a LOT moire enjoyable with my mp3 player! im starting to eat a lot more healthy. only 2day i had french toast for breakfast :X. o well.. the syurp only had like 100 calories in it though. ill just eat something really healthy for lunch. i really want to be 125 by august( im in my sisters wedding and i start high school) any way to speed this up? is it possible to lose 17 pounds by then?

Just so you know, I've tried to get her to change her eating habits slightly and I've talked to my mom, but Jessie won't budgeon that. I didn't think it was possible, but I can tell now that she is noticibly eating much more than she usually does. And here's the kicker... she went to the doctor yesterday, and she's up 22 pounds from her last weigh in, which was a little less than three months ago. And the doctor talked to my mom about her weight, but I think it just went in one ear and out the other, seeing as afterwards we went to McDonald's and Jessie ate a ridiculous amount. And the docotrs visit was such an ordeal. Just walking into the building had Jessica panting like a dog, and red in the face. She is so UNBELIEVEABLY out of shape. I'll continue trying to work something out, but right now it feels like Jessica will most definitely reach 400 before I can do anything. Since she's eating a lot, even for her, and she's having more and more trouble moving I feel indefinitely those last 18 pounds will just pile on, mayb within the next months or two. I just hope that she'll still be able to walk. I'm trying to prepare myself for her reaching 400 pounds, but if she can't walk it will just tear me apart. And I know her weight has already taken world's biggest toll on her. She lost her last few friends this year, because she's not much fun to have aroun really. She's to big to play games, and even walking around a mall or shopping center has been out of the question for awhile. My mom is going to homeschool her this coming year, because her last school year was so terribly difficult. I pray that maybe I can help her. But all that seems to be happening, despite my effort, is Jessica getting fatter and fatter and fatter. I don't think there is anything I can do to stop it... (view less)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 192 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 130 lb - im 3 pounds away from my goal and i have 1 and a half weeks to lose the other 3!!!! im so exited!!!!! i feel great!!! keep trying every1!!! you can all do it!!!!! youll feel so good about yourself after its all over!!!!!! now... how do i lose 3 pounds in 1 and a half weeks??? it shouldnt be that hard... but do i push myself like crazy or just keep going at the same pace i was??

Today wasn't as good as yesterday becuase I had lots of stuff to do and didn't get to exercise, but my eating wasn't too bad...sort of. Though it wasn't great. =/ Breakfast: 1 low-fat/whole-grain 100 calorie banana nut muffin (what a mouthful, lol--get it?), 1 cup skim milk. Lunch: 1 cup pasta with marinara sauce and 4 small meatballs, water. Snack: mini bottle of Coke Zero. Dinner: baked chicken, 1 cup macaroni salad w/o mayo (kinda bad I know), cucumbers, sugar-free lemonade. Dessert: Jello with Cool Whip Free. Nutritionally I know it sucked but calorie-wise I don't think it was too awful. Still, I'll do better tom and I will def. go on my bike. In other news, I'm volunteering at a summer camp in July and today I went to my instructor orientation from 2-4 and jewelry class from 6:15-8:30 so I had no time to work out but the orientation was a one-shot deal so whatever. Hope you guys are doing well, and I'm going to work extra hard because I want to look good for the cute guys who work there. ;) Jk.

to Jessica 22.... no i am not doing weight watchers i am just watching what i eat... i allow myself 1500cals a day of what ever i want...( more healthy food) i work out mon-friday and go walking for an hour at least 2 times a week...

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - I feel I did well today...minus the coffee. For breakfast I had a bowl of honey bunches of oats. Lunch was 3/4 can of tomato soup mixed with water. Dinner was 60 cals of cottage cheese and six sushi pieces (195 cals according to the box it was 390 for the whole 12 pieces) Then came coffee disaster. 350 cals worth of nonfat white mocha no whipped cream. So I had a little under 1500 cals. I'm trying this new thing where I replace one meal with chicken broth or very low cal soup and stick to my three a day. I'd ideally like to eat 1200 cals a day because that will be a nice deficit. I worked out rowing for an hour and should hopefully see results. I'm hungry now. I usually lose on 2000 a day so hopefully I see better results by eating way less. Hurrah.

Well on Sunday morning i weighed in at 162lbs- down another lb which is great BUT yesterday i was at my friends sleepover for her birthday and i ate the biggest amount of junk you could imagine and today all ive eaten is junk too. So, i think tomorrow ill probably weigh in at about 166lbs but within a couple of days of being strict and exercising, im sure ill be back to 162 by the end of the week. However, on a serious note; i really need to tighten up on my eating, i reaaaallly want to be at least 150 by the end of august and im never going to get there if i keep eating so much junk! If i was really strict and lost 2lbs per week, i could be at my target weight in six weeks so i need to regain focus and not give up when im so close. Since the end of march i have lost 17lbs so im sure i can lose 12 by the end of august! Cmon everyone we CAN do this!!! <3

I also did laps on my bike around the parking lot for about 10 min, tomorrow I hope to go for about 30min. How did I do? Where is everyone these days? this board has been screaming 'dead!" for the past week, anyway...I finally got a schedule up for myself! well I didn't write it anywhere but its in my head. This is what it is-- Every morning I do 2 miles on the treadmill (walk/jog/speed walk) uphill incline and sometimes just steady straight on. After those miles I do 50 crunches, 20 pushups and just some stretching yoga stuff. When there's time after that I dance for like 30 mins (sometimes more). Then during the evening time like...6 pm I do another 2 miles and after that do some dancing again and crunches and stuff. So that's 4 miles everyday plus dancing and those in between crunches, pushups and stuff. My eating goes something like---cereal in the morning---3 hours later lunch---3 hours later another light snack (like a nutrigrain bar or something)--- 3 hours later something small...
