Ht. 5'4", Start: 142 lb, Today: 131 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok. 1lb left!!!!!! but... yesterday i was really bad with my eating. i ate WAY too little... i only had 360 calories all day. because of my religion, i wasnt allowed to eat meat or dairy yesterday and there wasnt much around the house that i could eat. i had 2 pieces of wheat bread 4 breakfast= 110 calories. i dint eat unch but i snacked on puff corn all day= 150 calories. for dinner i had 3 four inch pancakes= 100 calories. i wasnt hungary at all. i also have a problem with the scale. i set myself a date to weigh but i end up weighing like every day. im supossed 2 weigh twice a week and i end up weighing like 7 times.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ugh. okay- so today i was doing okay, not the greatest- but i got out of work with 900 cals under my belt for the day and decided to eat anywhere from 1200 to 1500 today. it was rainign so i left my bike chained on campus and took the bus home. but the bus comes about an hour after i get out of work so i decided to go into dunkin donuts- i gave in and had one boston kreme donut and a lite mocha iced latte. i though i totally blew it (well- i mean, i did anyways because that's waaay more sugar than a body need ), then i went home and looked up the calories- and i can't find the right calories for a lite mocha latte- a lite vanilla latte is 80 cals, and a regular mocha latte is 230 cals- so i figured mine was maybe 100-200 cals, the donut was 270, so- as long as i don't eat anything else tonight i'm still within my caloric limits! nice- wasn't expecting that! also- my financial aid is... Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so i think most of the weight i gained was water weight, because i drank a lot today and my weight went down 2 lbs.. thank GOD lol but ive been doing great for the past two days, going to stick with it so i can be in the 160s by mid july when i go to wonderland! cant wait :) and i cant wait to be thinnnn. keep going guys were doin it

Ht. 5'4", Start: 214 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 175 lb - ok so i just woke up and weighed myself. im down to 189. it makes me really happy to be in the 180s even though im 1 pound away from 190. haha. but it still feels great. i have a condition where somedays my legs will hurt, somedays its my arms, mouth, feet, you name it, it hurts. this has been going on since i was in 5th grade and no doctor can tell me what it wrong. once again, im going to a doctor friday to see what he says. all these doctors have told me if i lose weight maybe it will get better because there wont be so much pressure on my legs and stuff. well i've lost about 20 lbs. and it hasnt stopped. my leg is hurting right now but im pushing through it. im going to be a senior this year and i want to look good. i've never had a boyfriend and im not blaming it on how i look. there are a couple guys who like me right now.. just not the ones i like. but i want to look hott and my... Ht. 5'6", Start: 215 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I was so angry when in early april found out how much i weighed. I got into weight watchers on-line thanks to my mom an have lost over 22 pounds in just 3 months my goal weight should be reached by my 18th brithday in December, six months from now. I just take it one day at a time an d want to look good for my grad party next summer.

Well, I woke up late (12:00) and feel sort of screwed up but my darn alarm clock didn't ring like it was supposed to, so not my fault. :) Breakfast: 3/4 cup Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal w/ 1 cup skim milk, 6 oz. glass of fruit juice. Snack: nonfat frozen yogurt. Lunch: garden veggie soup, 1/2 a sandwhich (grilled pepper and mozarella), water. Snack: 1 and 1/2 cups pasta mixed with roasted corn and beans. Dinner: eggplant parm (a piece about the size of a deck of cards, hardly any cheese), string beans. Throughout the day I had water and sugar-free lemonade or iced tea. Dessert: fruit Popsicle. Exercise: A little walking. Overall I don't think my diet has been too bad but I need to vamp up my activity level. =]

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 105 lb - omg people im scared now really bad and i really need help now...you probably aleady know about how i eat over 8000 calories a day and i have to see a therapist and take medication...well today...i ate over 10,000 calories!!!(dont even ask what i ate!)...but after it...I PUKED! idk what came over me but i do not want to become bulimic!!!!! i just freaked out and made myself puke....im scared tomarrow im gonna do the same thing!(cuz im not eating for the rest of today, i ate tooo much already!) i dont wanna switch from binge eating/overeating to bulimia and i dont know why i even puked in the first place...but in a way, it felt good(even though everything didnt come out!) im just scared...has this happened to anybody else??! please, i dont wanna be switching from different eating disorders all my life...i just want to eat normal and be a healthy weight and look better!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 150 lb - k so, obviously screwed up for like an entire week but today i changed that pattern and im going to go strong. i really wanna be in the 160s for when i go to canadas wonderland on july 18th. ill feel better about being in public if i know i look my best. i WAS 170, but i messed up and am now anywhere between 173-175. but i can lose it. i have faith. just a minor setback im sure therell be more in the future but ive got to press on otherwise ill just gain everything back if i give up. good luck guys

So I know you guys said to invest in a measuring tape but I don't have one right now...I just wanted to know if there's any other way you see that you've lost weight even if it DOESN'T show up on the scale? Is that possible? to have lost some weight with it not showing up on the scale? because I don't know if I'm hallucinating but I'm starting to see collarbones and my shoulders look like they've got thinner and my stomach looks more in. I don't know if I'm delusional because I WANT to see these things or if I'm really seeing them lol...because my scale hasn't gone down or up! so I don't get it? ALSO, just wanted to say that I didn't even have a DROP of ice cream yesterday! lol YAYYY! my first :) maybe because I finished it out the other day so that I have none to eat lol anyway hope you all are doing good...and I can see that there are some new people here, welcome aboard people! =)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 178 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hi, i'm shannon :) i'm new here. i joined because for the past year i have been in denial of how big i have gotten. two years ago i was 128lbs and then i just started eating horribly and gaining weight like crazy. yesterday i went to the doctor and i weighed in at 178lbs! im so sick of being big so i'm going to try to get back to my size two years ago. i have to eat every few hours or i get really dizzy and sick so this is my meal plan: 9:00 Special k 3/4 cup with 2% milk (200 calories)..CHECK 11:00 Banana (100 calories)...CHECK 3:00 Salad (lettuce, cucumber, grape tomato, carrots (100 calories) OR Two cups of fruit salad (150 calories) 5:00 Plum (30 calories) 7:00 Lean meat, one peice and two cups of veggies (Meat 160 calories, Brocoli 30 calories, 25 calories = 205 calories) My doctor said that my meal plan is fine. Im also going to walk or run everyday and swim. Good luck to all of you!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok on july 3 i weigh my self and go to the doctor my doctor is really mean about my weight but i havent seen him sense i was 228 pounds so if he says anything ima kill him just flat out kill him. oh and i walk 3 miles today and have another 2 or 3 to go i really hope i lost some thing i havent weigh my self sense march so i would like have lost about 5 to 10 (maybe more iv been workin my a** off)pounds.
