okay, my arms have been bothering me latly ( the size of them ) They look and fell so big and now im getting more stretch marks on them =( and that makes me fell even worse about them. does any one know a way to get them in shape ( a way that really works ) and quick

Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys, I haven't posted about myself in a while, i've just been answering other peoples' posts. So for the past couple of weeks i've only been going to the gym max 3 days a week instead of my usual 5-6 days a week and I haven't been watching what I eat really since i've had to go to 49584358 graduation parties, and I actually lost a pound. I don't know how it happened, but I know it's not gonna last so I decided to restart my routine today. I had:
a nonfat organic greek yogurt=140 cals
south beach whole grain wrap=110 cals
4 slices of turkey=88 cals
2 slices american cheese=200 cals
2 pieces of pizza(eek, i know)= 500 cals
a serving of cool ranch doritos= 200 cals
a serving of miracle whip for my wrap=50 cals
total cals=1288, not that bad at all since my trainer said i could go up to 1500 on the days that I DON'T work out and 1800 on the days... (view more)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Eating is such a bad thing for me im going to say all the things that i ate today sandwhich 2 wheat pices of bread tosted 2 pecies of trukey with it and mayo then g-bar then another one of them sandwhich and later i ate a wrap with alot of hame and trukey on it with coby jack cheese and then for dinner i ate 1 pint of white rice. So i did so bad today. I went 2 mile walk a half mile bike ride and i burned 120 cals on the e-lip-ti-cle plus i drank 4 cups of water ugh for the next month of summer i have i am going to beat my slef up i AM going to loose it

Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So i have been doing pretty good but i have 2 well maybe 3 huge problems 1. is that i always eat when im bored, and i know its when im bored beacause i always say im hungrey and its when im not really doing anything so its out of bordum. 2. Im haveing trouble with gettting my self up and exceriseing its like i want to do it im just to lazy to and i just keep saying that ill do it later then i don't. So that is a bad thing and 3. i just can't stay mo-a-vated i mean when ever i eat im just saying "oh ill never loose it" then i just eat and eat and then later im like i can't keep doing this. So i don't know what to do with this problem. Can some of u guys tell me any tips to deal with this stuff? Thanks and i hope u guys are doing well (it looks like it) good luck!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey all. Here's how it went today. Breakfast: 1 slice low-fat frozen French toast (it's four-grain bread) with margerine, fruit juice, a yogurt, and water. Snack: Special K bar. Lunch: veggie burger with fat-free cheese, grilled onions, and ketchup, and some satueed (sp?) potatoes with carrots. Snack: roasted corn and bean salad with garlic and salt. Dinner: grilled salmon with apple glaze, salad. Dessert: low-fat pudding cup with Cool Whip Lite. I had water and sugar-free lemonade throughout the day to keep hydrated. Unfortunately, I didn't know the guy who came to replace our old gunky blinds was coming today, so I had to wait around all day becuase of course he never comes on time so hae came late and by that time my mom was coming home from work. SO yeah no exercise. :( BUT tomorrow is a totally free day for me so I plan on doing some Pilates and walking after dinner. Kay tell me how I did plz and thanx!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 275 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Okay so today i'm kind of aggravated because i think i'm getting bored with my routine i walk and bicycle for about five days a week and i lift weights for three days. I've lost about 27 pounds so far but i'm really lost now and i don't know where to go from here... can someone please make any suggestions or anything

today which puts me at 630 calories but this is a problem cuz im not hungrey now and i did 5 miles today and am going to play soccer now with my bro. plus another 2miles so i need to eat some more this is makin me mad

hey people wasup? I've lost about 20 pounds so far. I can kind of notice a difference. Im really worried about stuff like excess skin and stretch marks. Im looking to lose about 50 more pounds any advice or comments?

Haha so I was driving around with friends and everyone was bored so we hit up burger king; I didn't get anything ! Thatss like amazing for me :) lmao...well yeah I am so freakin happy I snuck out to hang with them and didn't get caught :) I'm having an amazing day..keeep up thee good workkk kids.

Well this weekend I had some family stuff to do so there was a big food fest which was kinda sucky becuase it was impossible to eat well without seeming rude, like turning down your aunt's donuts or something you know? So I did pretty bad but oh well this is a new week so that;s okay. :-)

I enjoy that sometimes, but i also know that it's not good for me. What can I do? I've tried to talk with hiim about that. he says it isn't like that. but somehow i feel that it's like that. or how would you think about ordering pizza late in the evening and going to fast food restaurants every second day? what can i do - should i finally leave him?

Hi I have a bit of a weight problem I have since 6th grade summer going into 7th grade before I was acutally skinny. Well I used to be active and played 4 sports then I just got board of them and ended up eating alot and not exercising ever I just started to pack on the pounds every month I put on 5 pounds. Now its summer going into 9th grade and I have a 62 waist and a size 2XL shirt and do not know what to do the most I can run is .12 of a mile and thats it I basicly will just sit around and eat and play video games the whole summer I can't even swim without getting made fun of help me please
