Ht. 5'1", Start: 10 st 4, Today: 10 st 4, Goal: 7 st 10 - Hi I'm Claire and hoping someone can help me or at least give me some encouragement. I'm 14 and have been overweight since I was about 9. Before that I was quite thin and then I just started to gain weight. People started commenting on it like my parents friends. In the last two years my mum has started to criticise my weight constantly. Today she came to my room and started shouting at me because I hadn't helped washing the dishes after lunch. She shouted "You never help because youre always sitting around on your big fat bottom YOU BIG FAT THING". She says this sort of thing constantly. It's like she hates me and when she looks at me all she sees is fat. When she went out of my bedroom I cried and cried. I felt so disgusting and bad. Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Today was um....OK....I didn't really do anything lol. I was just tired and did 1/2 a mile and 50 crunches and pushups. I've decided that I'll do that 4 mile thing Mon-Fri and then on Sat-Sun I'll just do stretching and pushups,situps, lunges and some dancing cause you guys are right..it becomes boring after a while lol so I'll leave the weekends to do any exercise I want! as long as I'm moving=) all is well! I still haven't lost anythinggg and it's starting to tick me off! I used to lose weight SO fast before! it's not fair, it's not fair I tell you! I wish to speak to the manager! ok, simmer down. Just feel like my efforts are getting me nowhere :( you know? it's a lousy feeling, really. I think I may approach my scale with a knife tonight or a hammer. To the people who ARE losing weight...LET ME IN ON YOUR SECRET! I must know! ok I'm going now. Hope you all did amazingly welll! pray for meee!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 145 lb - ok i feel very bad which is a good thing as well as bad i am babysitting those are the words that are like omg noooooooo when you are dieting... well i did ok all day and then we ordered pizza.... yes yes i know at 300cals a slice i did in for i as wekk with chesse bread the only good thing is that i only went over my limit by 595.. the bad thing is i know i could of ordered salad and did without the pizza.... i didnt go get ice cream after so that's ok as well

It was a 1/2 cup serving so I ate 1/2 cup today...lol but I mean, what is THERE idea of 1/2 cup? how big/little are THEIR cups? how do I know my cup looks like theirs? am I thinking too much on this? not all cups are the same you know. lol ok I'll stop. Hope you'll are doing fantasicallll =) I'm not losing crap :( but I'm still working hard! we can do it, Flower Fawn!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So I weighed in today, and in the month and 8 days since my last weigh in I lost...0 pounds. 0 pounds!!! ARGH! I mean it's better than gaining but good Lord if I keep it up at this rate I'm never going to loose anything! *bangs head against desk* I guess I'm just gonna have to crank up my exercise routine...grr...

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - okay- i'm really closer to 204, but i was excited my scale told me 204.2, which means i'm really 203.6 because it's off by at least .6 by my weight test!!!
okay- weird question of the day- anyone ever have a colonic? i've been hearing/reading a lot about them and how it cleans out your system and you lose a bit of weight from them....but they also seem really uncomfortable and temporary... any opinions? i've been thinking of getting one...

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 150 lb - k i think i did pretty well today. for breakfast i had some cottage cheese and all bran cereal, then while i was at work i had a veggie sub with no sauce on a whole wheat bun, then for dinner i had veggie stirfry with chicken and some cottage cheese. total cals - roughly 1200 or less i think i overshot . and i biked for 20 mins today. im gettin back on track slowly! i work at a pizza call centre and there were 2 large pepperoni and cheese pizzas there for free for anyone who wanted some pizza, and it took every fiber of my being but i resisted! it was horrible though it smelled soooo good. haha but i beat it! :) anyways good luck guys

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so basically, i suck and screwed up bigtime. but its weird, because i mysteriously, and i mean mysteriously, gained like 5 pounds when i didnt change anything, so ive been miserably bingeing and ive lost 2 of those pounds? maybe its beccause i wasnt eating enough calories so when i ate more one day it held onto everything and now that im giving a constant supply of calories, its letting go? i dunno. all i know is this is craptacular but im not letting it get me down, im even more motivated now, because when i diet strictly after a few days of eating whatever i want, i end up shocking my system into losing more weight. ahh well. anyways im off to work a 10 hour shift... pleasee kill meee lol bye guys <3

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 204 lb, Goal: 150 lb - another thing is- i feel like i lose inches so slowly! so i feel like if i went by inches i would be soooooo discouraged rather than seeing at least a .5-2lb drop on the scale instead of a 0-.25 inch loss! how fast do you guys lose inches?
