Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I have a problem....with ICE CREAM. LAtely I've been craving it and there's so much good ones in my freezer...choc chip cookie dough, choc chip with peanut butter cups...moose tracks..I'm like dying! so today I promised myself..I won't even have a drop of icecream but just like 5 mins ago, I cracked and got myself a bowl!! I'm eating ice cream everyday and it's ridiculous. I don't know why I've been craving it so bad for the past week or two. It's weird and I wish it would stop. It's just SO good! lol um yeah, just wanted to post about that. I only did 2 miles today...was really tired :( but I danced a whole lot and my eating was good (MINUS the damn ice cream which totally ruined it!) :( hope you all did super good.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 227 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Hey, I haven't been on here in forever. So, I've been doing okay, lost 2 pounds in like a month. (I haven't even been doing a routine lol. :D) But, theres one think thats on my mind. I'm thinking about getting Wii Fit. I heard that its a good way to keep track of progress, and have fun exercising. Does anyone else have it? And I plan to actually work out, too... But one think that I'm concerned about is my diet. We don't have the most nuitricinal\healthy stuff in my house, and I can't really talk to my parents about me losing weight very easily. I don't know why, I just 'can't' do it. Another main reason why im going to lose weight is (apart from being healthy) actually looking decent, and not looking like a human blob.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi guys my eating went like this today: Breakfast: 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats w/ 1 cup skim milk. Snack: small nonfat frozen yogurt. Lunch: locks (chilled smoked salmon) with a side salad and a bit of mustard, water. Snack: tomato soup, then later I drank a few glasses of water and some sugar-free lemonade. Dinner: lowfat veggie burger on whole wheat bun with grilled onions, relish, ketchup and a small side of baked fries (homemade), sugar-free iced tea, and a tiny bit (like 2 tablespoons) mayo-free macaroni salad--which was kinda bad but whatever. Dessert: baked pear w/ cinnamon. Exercise: Today I was able to work out, yay! I did a Pilates DVD that was 20 min. long and I could only do the modified moves mostly but I know I can slowly build up my resistance over time. Anyways, I don't think I've been doing too bad but my scale said I was 181 and I'm like WHAT?! I hope it's just a fluke...:(

Ht. 5'4", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I have just recently become overweight. It is a scary thing for me though. I have gained weight rapidly in the last year. I have always been a bit larger than eeveryone else. But now I am classified as obese.... This scares me. Alot. I don't want to be fat and never get a boyfriend. I don't want to live my life feeling ugly. So since it is summer. I have decided to do something about. This past week that I have been off, I have basicly been siting around, eating, and watching TV. But I have decided something. I don't have anything to do all day. So why waste my time, and why not spend these days working on losing weight and getting in shape for next year. So I have decided, I a going on a diet, and I am going to start excercising! But I need support, this is a hard thing for me to do. I am a very lazy person... So please, give me some support, and if you have any tips. Please let me know.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So far today im doing pretty good---think. Lol anyways i got up at 7 [that was a killer] then i got dressed went to the kitchen. OH NO FOOD! but i thought. I had 1 cup of muti-grain cherrios cereal and 1 cup of milk for it. All that togather were only 200 cals. Then i told my self that i was going on a 1 mile walk. And did i? Yes i did =D im so proud of my self. Yay. So now i have to face lunch and dinner still. I think that im going to have like maybe a ham or turkey sandwhich on wheat bread and one of those mini bags of baked chips. But i really got to get on track with my water. 6-8 glasses a day ughh but i know i can do it. Good luck to all of you.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 155 lb - I need som help with my eating habits. Well, not so much help, but suggestions. I'm in college and im doin summer school right now so i get up around 8 or 9 and hve one of those carnation breakfast drinks cuz i usually not have much time to eat. After class, i go straight to work and really dont have time to et anything healthy. I might eat a pack of crackers or something while in class but thats about it. When im at work, i usually have a snack about an hour or so before i get off so i can work out without my blood sugar dropping (im a diabetic). By the time im done working out, its about 7:30 or so and im the type of person who cant eat that late because thats where most of my weight comes from. What can i do about my eating schedule? Ht. 5'4", Start: 142 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 130 lb - how many calories should i eat 4 breakfast...how many 4 lunch... and how many 4 dinner. and i see theres another sophia here (whos lost a whole lot more than i have... congrats) so im gonna be sophia m. now...but its weird cuz were the same age and height and weight right now... anyways, i have 3 pounds to go and they wont come off. ive been working my butt off and i cant lose them. wats also weird is that i only have a week to lose them...just like the other sophia. thats freaky.

i've been on the weight watchers diet and walking a mile everyday. also, we have some weight lifting machines that i have been using. i am hoping to look good when school starts. i am going to be a senior this year and i want people to see me differently. i want them to think i look hott and also i have senior prom, then senior trip at the end of the year. i dont want to go to the beach with all my friends and be the only one who cant wear a bikini or the only one who a guy cant pick her up to play chicken.
i've never even had a boyfriend and im tired of it. no guys like me just because of my weight is what i think. i know its not true and i shouldnt let it bother me, but it does. really bad.
im a very picky eater and dont have many good choices to chose from. does anyone have any suggestions of foods and exercises i can do?

I was not thinking (cuz today was my first day dieting) i ate a bowl of ice cream with cholte surp D= i can't belive i did that! then around 12:00 I ate 3 slices of pizza (because my mom told me that, that could be my lunch for today. I felt soo bad for that! I went outside and walked a mile also i just did 10 mins on the e-lip-ti-cle -- lol idk how to spell it. Anyways so that was my day. All i can say it tomarrow i am going to do so much better! Also i forgot. Me and my mom went to the book store and i did not have enough money for the "the diet for teenagers only" i wanted so i got this nice food and exercise journal that u count ur cals and excerice in. So today i had a great day of eating, but i havent signed up for the gym at my mom's house yet so i couldn't go to workout. Im going tomorrow to sign up and workout. But i did do my routine excersizes that i am determined to do everyday even though they are very tiring. Hope everyone has fantastic rst of the day.

I know this is the good sore...the sore that tells me something must be working! since I've been working out all week. Today I decided to relax. Also got my *thing* today..so really wasn't in the mood. I ended up relaxing too much...and ate like 2 cups of ice cream!!:( but I'm thinking that Wednesday will be my off day. I still feel guilty about the ice cream but I dont know. It was so tempting and getting my thing just kicked my apetite into overdrive, you know. Will get back in routine tomorrow! won't let my *thing* ruin stuff for me lol. Hope you all are doing good!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Today was not good. I repeat; awful. I was in my calorie range by eating: bowl of cereal and a bannana for breakfast, tomatoe soup and a wheat pita for lunch, salami and mozz sandwhich with cottage cheese. Then I had to be a fat ass and eat two brownies and some icecream. Grr...I pretty much hate myself right now. What's worse is that I didn't workout today because we had tornado warnings. I don't know why I caved. I estimate that I ate about 2100 calories today because the brownies were each 230 and I was around 1200 before the junk binge...so maybe smaller but 2100 to be safe. Yeah, I don't know if its tired or what it is. I've been awake for the past 36 hours straight so perhaps its a tired thing/self sabbotage to spike blood sugar and feel awake? I don't know but I do know that to pay for this, tomorrow I'm eating 800 calories.
