Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Heylo Everyone! So over my easter and spring break I gained about 7 lbs back...go figure..haha I'm over it but I can tell clothes are already fitting me differently. I'm so frustrated with myself. But I have made a countdown and there are 86 days til my 19th B-day and i will get down to my goal weight by then! Plus its around college world seris time and all that is walking around in swim suit tops and shorts. And like last summer I was down to 160 and I can def get there and less if I stick to it. I'm gonna start working out 1 1/2 a day and controlling my intake and of course writing on here cuz I feel accountable when I come here so it helps me stay good =] So 33 lbs in 86 days...here we go! Also if anyone want a buddy to hel them stay on track leave me a comment! Stay Strong!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi. This is the first time I've been on Blubber Busters in...wow, a REALLY long time! I hope everyone is doing well. A while ago I was 184 lbs, the I got down to about 164, then some really tough things happened in my family and with all the added stress--bam!--the weight piled right back on. My 15th birthday is coming up at the end of this month and by my sweet 16 I really like to be at least 20-30 lbs. I just read this amazing book called The Diet for Teenagers Only, which I plan to follow. I just started this week but find it hard to incorporate exercise into my life. Any tips? Thanks! :P

Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys, I was wondering if you think i could lose 25 pounds in 10 weeks? I found this really good article in a fitness magazine and it gave me a diet which i'm hoping to stick to. I'm also going to try to go to the gym almost everyday doing different things to give me a virety (or however you spell it). If anyone has any advice on how they are losing weight or how they did lose weight, it would really help me. thanks =]

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - today, all i had was 2 coffees, 2 eggs, and a glass of pepsi. and im not even hungry. i know its unhealthy and what not, but after eating so much yesterday i can afford not to eat much today. i think the reason why ive been struggling with eating right lately is because ive been staying at my boyfriends for the past week, and his moms gone out of town so theres no groceries, and we both have money but no way to go grocery shopping. so we dont eat much all day then order pizza or something at night. i havent gained any weight because i havent been eating much aside from one high-calorie meal a day, so thats ok. but i want to start eating healthy foods again they make me feel better. anyways the weather is starting to get nice so im going to start walking or something. good luck everyone

Ht. 5'4", Start: 143 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 125 lb - this is extremely depressing. I dont know what to do. I have lost complete motivation. I started off at 143 and now im UP to almost 170. How on earth can i gain over 20 lbs instead of losing 20. Now i have 40+ lbs to lose and im scared! Please someone help me to motivate myself. Ht. 5'11", Start: 227 lb, Today: 234 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Im new to this site and this is my story. Last summer I weighed 243 and about 5'8 when I went to the doctor in febuary I was actually happy. I weighed 227 and got 3 inches taller!! but as march proggresed last week we had the school weigh ins and I had gained 7 pounds. I am always active, playing basketball and dancing. I just ate a little more than usual and i hate diets. i really want to lose about 10 pounds for a couple weeks from now. Im a dancer in Guys and Dolls and we have to wear skimpy outfits. I have noticed now that i cant kick as high and i get out of breath faster. Any weight loss tips?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 190 lb - omg yay i'm so happy i lost 3 more pounds i was haveing portion control problems but i still have changed some bad things like i try not to eat at night, i drink alot of water and i try not to drink soda or juice i sometimes do but only once in a while. I also try to workout as much as i can well hope everyone else is foing good.
