Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Hey guys! I have never been on this site before, but I like this site. It makes me feel like I'm not the only fat kid out there. I actually tried that BMI thing...it kind of made me sad because im obese. Out of 100 kids, I'm the fattest out of all of them. I am trying to lose weight but i really can't get modavated. I try diets, but after a while I get bored and pig out again. The thing i hate the most about being fat is not being good at running...having so much belly fat...and having strech marks. Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 150 lb - It's my 15th birthday today!!! And I just weighed myself I'm down to 179.8 as of this morning, which rocks! So my dance yesterday was amazing and fun; I had such a good time with my date and my friends and it was just the best pre-birthday party I could ever wish for. And so many people said I looked great, which made my confidence soar. I even got asked to slow dance a few times! :) Please bear with my babbling, I'm excited, LOL.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 130 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok sooo what with Easter I haven't really started yet . I wish I could have someone right by my side to give me what to eat and tell me what to do so I would just do it. Ahhh! But I got a renewed motivation today and I really really really wanna do this. I'm gunna do this one step at a time, first is to just cut down on what I'm eating. Doing ok on that thus far. But it's so frustrating thinking at how I was like...just 130. And I think man, I have such great style I just can't...show it because of my body. And I love the beach. I just can't wear a swimsuit and be comfortable. Confidence can hold you back so much. I want to be healthy and then I think I'll be able to get that confidence. Oi, wish me luck all and I wish everyone luck and love. Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 150 lb - yay!! lost 2 more pounds!. only one more pound and i'll have made it to the 50 pound mark, my original goal. i never thought id make it. i mean, this is unbelievable. but im aiming for 75 pounds lost, which is why i want to be at 150. i think its healthy for me, considering im tall, and im just naturally heavy. like id look anorexic at 130 or something. but yeah, i bought some Hydroxycut yesterday. i know diet pills are bad but im being smart about it. i know a bunch of girls who have used it and lost weight so i thought id use it as an incentive to try harder, and look its already working lol well good luck everyone!!

I'm not new to this site but I have returned to make a last and final attempt at losing this weight but first i'm not setting big goals anymore because I realize that I fail at that. Since being at college I have gained so much weight and it is embarrasing so before school is out May 10th I hope to be 280 or somewhere near that weight because I weighed 280 when I started college in May and over the course of the summer I plan to lose 30-40 pounds, I usually lose rapidly. I am going to finally purchase a tredmill for my home for summer vacations. My doctor recommended that I use Dr. Ians Extreme Fat Smash Diet to start out because it teaches healthy eating habits and a healthier lifestyle so I am hoping for the best because I am a sucker for candy, ice cream, pop and cookies, it is going to be soooo hard but I am determined to enjoy my sophmore year of college, i'm tired of being the "fat girl out" all my friends have the perfect bodies, i'm almost 19 for heavens sake lol it's time for a change, if anyone wants a diet buddy just reply :)

I'm away at college, but I've actually lost 10 pounds. Not because I've been healthier or working out, but mostly because the food is so bad that I don't eat as much, which is a good thing I guess. Last night I took a jazzercise class at my school which was actually a lot more fun than I thought. It combined cardio with a total body workout, much more exciting than just running on the tread mill. I'm hopin to continue with the class 2 nights a week. This morning I did the elliptical for 20 minutes (4 miles), did the weight machines, and walked a mile on the track. For breakfast I had a bowl of cheerios and grapes. Around 11 I had a special K 90 cal bar, and for lunch around 2:30 I had a veggie wrap (cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, & oil and ... (view more)Hi all! I'm going to try to find something healthy from the cafeteria for dinner..although there are not many healthy choices here.
