Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 175 lb - what a weekend! okay, so i didnt eat much this weekend, i was at my boyfriends hanging with some friends and he doesnt have much food at his house, so i ate minimally. but thats not a bad thing because i got on the scale this morning and my scale is the one with the little red needle that points to ur weight, and usually its right smack on 190 or even between 190 and 191, but today, its between 189 and 190, so i think i may be close to losing another pound yaaay! gotta keep this up and not give in to temptation lol good luck everyone

Ht. 5'10", Start: 213 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 160 lb - For those of you wondering why when you eat more you sometimes lose some and when you eat less you pack it on.. its because eating less isnt actually how you lose weight... its your metabolisim... everyone has a certian amount of calories they should eat in order to make their metobolic rate go up making them burn those calories as energy. when you eat less your body usually then thinks you are starving it and grabs on to every calorie it can and stores it instead of burning it as energy...

Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been able to get off the plateau I'm on, but starting today things will be different. I feel really good about this and I'm in a good place mentally to make this committment. I'm taking it over and above what I have already been doing, adding new machines in the gym, walking 10 minutes longer on the treadmill, not eating as much cheese, and drinking only water. I hope this helps.

Well anyway, last week I lost 1.75 inches all over :) Not as much as I'd like, but I DID eat a bunch of Halloween candy and didn't really pay attention to my diet. I've been usuing Turbo Jam and IT'S AMAZING! I can't wait to see the changes this week :] Last week I only did one tape per day, alternating between 50 minutes of cardo and 30. I also have gym. But tonight I did the TJ 30 min strength training workout and then 50 minutes of cardio! I'm so proud! I was sweating so bad! Ok, well now I need to go shower haha. TTYL! <3

Ht. 5'4", Start: 154 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i heard of a new weight loss plan once you are at your goal weight, its called the every other day diet. one day you eat normally like you would and the next day you diet, and you just do it every other day, ive been doing it for about a month now after my goal weight and i havent put on one pound!

YAY this week i lost 5.5 pounds this week!! but its not really a loss cause those r the 5 pounds i put on last week :P but at least im bak down to 160! (well technically 160.5) my goal is to b 154 by november 30 when summer vacation starts!! yay im so excited!! but yea this week all i did was: eat 1200ish cals of healthy food eg. B- bowl of nutrigrain w/ nofat milk, S muslie bar or fruit, L- ham sandwhich, S- fruit and rice crackers, D- some sort of meat and veges. and i did 20-30min walk/runs everyday alternating between mornong and arvo eg. tues- 20mins morning, wed- 30mins arvo, thurs- 30mins morning etc. this week im gunna do the same thing and im aiming for 2-3lbs loss. and i think i might start posting wat i eat daily ... mayb.... anywho hope every1 is doing good ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

I didn't stay away from the bad food, but I ate a lot less every day since I decided to start trying to lose weight again, and I haven't started working out again yet, but I think even a little bit of a start is getting there, slowly but surely. :) from Two mondays ago to this past wednesday (9 days) I lost 2 pounds! I was really proud of myself, because I used to have the horrible habit of weighing myself every single day, and I'm really excited that I've risen above that. :) Another accomplishment! I am still planning on weighing once a week, until I get really focused and driven on my diet and exercise, then I may bump it up to two weeks without weighing, then eventually maybe once a month, that way I can really see some results. :) I'm really excited and motivated to start eating healthier and exercising now, and I hope to lose even more this next week. Good luck everyone, and keep posting, because it's encouraging to know that other's are winning this battle too. :)
