Ht. 5'6", Start: 175 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - WELL, I HAVE NOT BEEN DOING GOOD AT ALL....I HAVE TOTALLY GOTTEN OFF TRACK AND MY GOAL WAS TO LOSE AROUND 30 POUNDS BY MY B-DAY WHICH IS TODAY AND I STARTED IN LIKE JULY AND I HAVEN'T LOST ANY WEIGHT AT ALL. I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO TELL MYSELF NO TO JUNK FOOD. I ALSO WANT TO GO RUNNING IN THE MORNING, I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT EITHER! I NEED MOTIVATION PLEASE FROM ANYONE. TIPS, OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, PLEASE TELL ME!! THANK YOU AND I HOPE YOU ARE ALL DOING GOOD ALSO!

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 145 lb - These past couple days have been horrible. All I have done is binge and yeah I am just really frustrated with myself. I just need to get back on track ugh i feel so gross! Sorry its just I feel like I've thrown all my hard work away! Well so I'm making a vow to myself to write down everything I eat (for me that just makes it seem real) and work out everyday no matter what, even if I am super busy b/c that is just an excuse. I'll get back in control, just give me time. Stay Strong everyone! <3

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 132 lb - Ok so I have decided that there is no such word as DIET I chose to say a change in the way I eat I think the word diet kinda scares me so then I dont really stick to it or I feel bad for breaking the "diet" so from now on Im just gonna tell myself im changing the way I eat and Im also gonna start keeping a diet journal so yea I might need a buddy so my myspace is www.myspace.com/shirai416 if anyone needs a "change of the way you eat buddy" wish me luck!! :)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 280 lb, Today: 280 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I just bought Dance Dance Revolution because people say they lose weight on it and I thought I would try it out. Has anyone tried this and do any of you think it is possible to lose 10 pounds a month or possibly more?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 175 lb - P.S I am sooooo freakin scared!! in 2 weeks i have to get my tonsils taken out and its gonna hurt soooo bad for like a week to two weeks. the good part is ill probably lose a couple of pounds from not really being able to eat. this summer i had tonsilitis so bad for about a week and i could barely eat and i lost like 4 pounds so im excited about that, just not the surgery lol and the good part about that too is that i dont gain it back once i start eating again. i guess im lucky lol anyways, pray for me im gonna be so nervous!! lol

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 175 lb - lol im suuuuch a freakin retard. everytime i see a loss in my weight i end up pigging out for some reason. its not even like "oh i lost a pound i deserve to eat more" its just this thing that happens and i feel guilty the whole time but i keep going haha well today was good though, i had 2 eggs and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast for breakfast and a bowl of chicken noodle soup for lunch. so far i've only had about 540 calories which isnt a lot so i think i wont go over 1000 today, which is apparantly bad but i usually restrict my calories to between 1000 and 1200 on a normal day anyway. lol i am sooo sore today because i did Turbo Jam yesterday for the first time in like 2 weeks so i'm definately feeling it in the abs/sides/"lovehandle" areas haha good luck everybody, and wish me luck too! :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Today was weigh day for me... and I only lost half of a pound this week. :( This thing won't let you change your weight in half pound increments either... so it looks like I didn't lose any! :'( This was my first week too... so it makes me a little discouraged, but I am feeling healthier and I've been having an easier time going to sleep at night. So there have been some benefits... I was really hoping to lose more weight than half a pound though. :( Now I really hope I drop more next week.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I don't understand. No matter how much I exericse or eat better. I can't lose weight.This is what I had today. Breakfast mcdonalds bagel with egg and one slice of cheese, and half a hashbrown and some sweet tea I got started late. For lunch 100 cal pak, carrots and ranch dressing 70 cals, water, sandwhich plain. For supper 1/2 cup of marocin and cheese, sandwhich plain 4 small cookies 140 cals, some mashed potatoes not that much at all, broclli, corn, water, 100 cal pak, a small piece of meat like your four fingers together size, whole wheat crackers 130 cal, some peanut butter.15 min freeze tag, another 15 min of freeze tag, 18 min of running, and 20min of strength training. How did I do I hope to do better 2 morrow.
