Today: 169 lb - I am so proud of my self i am 169 now and i finally brok 170 when i thought i would never be able to. I have taebo now and i have done that so far everyday i have had it and it is great it gets my blood pumping and makes me want to do stuff and makes me have energy for homeork and stuff. I would really reccommend everyone getting taebo the cardio one and when i can do that one good i think i will get aother one like the 21 day challenge or any other one.

Today: 123 lb, Goal: 116 lb - Hey i have just joined and before i was in a teen program and have lost 25 pounds. i now weigh 123 when i need to weigh 116, im looking great but i have little love handles i need a remedy to get rid of them, can anyone help or have any suggestions. Thanks!!!

Hey yall, my name is lily i come here every now and then but this site has helped me lose forty five pounds! thanks every one i have five more pounds to lose before im at my goal and i have a question. How do you get rid of the FLAB on your BACK because i have looked every where for a workout that will help me out but i have had no sucess please help me ....love lily ALL OF YALL CAN DO IT! especially if i can cause i have very low will power!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 147 lb, Today: 118 lb (BMI %tile: 77) - HEY! I just wanted to tell everyone that they CAN do it! I did! I'm 5'1 and i used to weigh 147 and now i am 118. I am extremely happy and NO i did not starve myself, or take taebo or anything real fancy. I LOVE FOOD and if I can do it, so can you. YOU NEED TO BE IN THE RIGHT STATE OF MIND to lose weight. Hey I'm thinking about starting the Kellogs cereal diet thing where you eat two meals of cereal w/ skim milk and one normal meal. has anyone done this before? can u tell me if it works??

Ht. 5'6", Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 74) - hi, im from the uk and i weigh 139lns and im 5'6! i no that this probably doesnt sound much but i get called fatty at school by a few of the lads! ive bin told im pretty by quite alot of people n i know that i could be even better by just losin a bit of weight. ive bin feelin so depressed lately, ive even stopped goin out! i wanna lose 20lbs by december 12th ( bcoz ive bin invited 2 a party then)ive started my diet today! im havin 1000 calories n im doin dancing as my exercise (i did an hour before 2 the likes of beyonce, pdiddy, mary j blige etc-lol) i wud really like sum help so if u have got any tips then plz plz let me no but plz make sure they r not totally IMPOSSIBLE 2 do bcoz i have like zero willpower! id really appreciate it ps: do u know n e gud site? thank u much x x x

Ht. 5'10", Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 165 lb - Hey folks---I'm 5'10" and weigh about 185 pounds. This, according to the BMI calculator, is 15 pounds overweight. I've really been trying to get down to 165. I'm going eat no more than 1000 calories a day, I'll run or excersize for about 20 minutes every day, and drink plenty of good ol' H2O. So tell me, if I am persistent with this, will I get down to 165 by December or January? Thanks.
