Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 135 lb - ok- i'm 149 and 5'5" now- down from 170. everyone can do it if they put their mind to it. i'm not going to explain everything i did to lose the weight- ive just been following my own advice and doing it healthy by eating better foods and burning it off with cardio work outs. i want to be 135-139 by the weekend after my birthday which is the 9th but i want to weight that much by the 11th because i'm getting a haircut and i'm going clothes shopping and want to buy really nice clothes that'll make me look great. i know it's pushing myself a bit but i'm still going to do it healthy but just be more strict. ever since i started acctually losing weight i haven't had a perfect week of dieting and exerizing so i'm going to do it this week. well, good luck everyone- even though nobody needs luck- all they need is a little willpower...

Hi I wanted to ask if you think I can lose weight by diet alone. Do you think I could do that or should I exercise too? My mom went on atkiins and lost 60 pounds then after the diet she put on 20 pounds. And I also found this diet that is really good it is called God's diet. It is where all you eat is natural things you know like fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish. No bread or ice cream and alot of other things. Do you think that is a good diet? And if you think that I should exercise too can you give me some tips?

I think I ate too much today, tell me what you think: Breakfast: boiled egg; Lunch, Caeser Salad with chicken; Dinner: boiled egg, brocolli with Ranch Dressing; Snack: Banana with peanut butter, apple, and a doughnut (i have NO will power!) well im trying to go on a very healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies and one unhealthy thing a day if i can't resist. What do you guys think?

i have not been here for long and hope this message will be replied. Recently i cut down on my diet by half and jog for 30 minutes a day. however, i decided that i'm still growing and decided to cut my ldiet slightly just avoiding those unhealthy (eg. fried food etc), drink lots of water and eat more fruits and veggies. if i change my diet but i jog for 60 minutes a day, do you think i will be able to lose weight?

Ht. 5'11", Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 78), Goal: 145 lb - howdy folks. I currently weigh around 168 pounds and i am 5' 11. the problem is, i still have a belly and a lot of extra weight in my thighs, butt, etc. At what weight will that excess flab disappear? I want to get down to 145...would i look scrawny then? Also, would the loose skin disappear? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Guys.. I've been following your advice, and I hope I can lose as much as possible by Saturday.. Ive been drinking tons of water.. lol.. and ive been eating lots of veggies.. my mom has to go food shopping cuz we dont have any fruit :-( Anyways, I think I got a good amount of excersize today.. do you know how much work it is to shovel a driveway covered in almost two feet of snow?? lol.. It was alot of fun though and I felt great after I was done even though I wanted to give up halfway through it. The only problem is sweets, ive been alot better lol.. but I think I just need to realize how unimportant they are.. it's been especially bad this week too, cuz well iits my time of the month really soon, and you know what that really bites.. cuz I always gain like 5 lbs the week before, and guess what this is the week! hehe for all you girls.. doesn't that fit wonderfully with the fact the ... Oh and I found the greatest drink thats low on cal/fat/carbs and is great for winter weather! Swiss Miss (i cant remember if this is the correct spelling) makes Diet hot chocolate.. 25 calories, 0 fat, and only 4 grams of carb, add hot water or skim milk and you have a healthy yummy treat for those of you with a sweet tooth.. hehe well bubeyes everyone. That isn't very healthy. No offense or anything, but your should only lose about 2-3 pounds a week...and since your still growing, you should eat atleast 1500 calories a day, so all that weight you lost is most likely going to come back with a few extra's. It's dangerous to do that.

Can I make a point to everyone that has posted their name and age at one time and then posted theirself "annonymously".
