i started the bodyflex workout today. it felt really good. it's from the book "be a loser" by greer. the book is funny too- even though it's written for women in their 30's. the average person loses 4-16 inches in their first week so i'll tell you guys how much i've lost in a week. it's really great for your cardiovascular system and only takes 15 minutes a day. it's a really great breathing technique and it gives you a lot of energy(i can testify to that because you can feel it right after the first workout.). i've eaten so much today already but have only eaten 300 calories. i ate 2 cups of fat-free popcorn, 1 egg with tomato, sweet peas, and half of a peanut butter granola bar. i'm really full now- but i'm planning to eat 1200 calories- i usually eat most of mine during supper which works out really well for me. i hope everyone's doing really good. good luck!

hey everyone well im starting weight watchers tomorrow and i really need to know something.. okay i have been trying to lose weight and i am very active i run 4 miles aday.. okay i weight 145 and im 5'4 i want to weight 115 by may 1!! is taht right its like 30 pouunds can i do it like is it possbile? i want to weight 125 by april 1! tahts my goal. will someone well as many people commetn and tell me if i run 4 miles a day and stay on weight watchers strickly can i lose 20 pounds in like a 1 1/2 months..? please please comment. i realy need to know cause if not i might just go like on a fasting diet for like 2 months csaue i know that i can lose weight but i just really need to know if its posible to do that and lose 20 pounds by april 1.. so please coment.

Hey, I just thought that I should let everybody know that with the Atkins type diet, you know, low carb, well I lost 10 pounds on it and I was saying how great it worked... but it really is unhealthy adn I decided to go off of the low carb diet. I felt so heavy and greasy from the meat I had to eat and all that... I felt heavier... not like i had lost 10 pounds. I decided to just go on a diet where I ate healthy adn low fat and I can finally have as many fruits as I want and in the first two days, I already lost a pound, it seems to be working better than low carb and I feel sooooooooooo much better since im not on low carb anymore, i felt like i was trapped after a while on low carb. Sure you might lose weight, but i don't think its worth it anymore, especially because now peopel are saying its really bad and all that. OMG i just weigh myself and found out that i weigh 169.2. i havent been over eating or anything, but i dont exercize and wright now i am sitting here typing this crying.this is the heavest i have weighed can someone pleaz help me.

Hey I really need to lose weight.I am 5ft tall and weigh 195. I haven't weighed myself lately because i am scared I will weigh 200.I drink all the water I need to drink. I have this trick that I read in a magazine to see how much water you need to drink daily.All you have to do is divide your weight by 4 and that is how many ounces you have to drink daily. I don't eat a lot of fatty stuff I just always overeat. I need someone to tell me how to loose weight. I wear a size 15 and my goal is a size 9. My doctor says that my weight should be about 135 but all my friends weigh less than 110 and they are not that skinny. Help!!!!!!!!

don't go on da atkins diet..i know all da books r cheap,but thats cos dr atkins died of a heart attack! i wouldn't want that to happen to any of u guys! Please don't...go on weight watchers instead
