Alright...ANy of you got any tips i give e up. I bodybuild and im a beast so i hear, im not over weight but i dont got those abs and i want some help. Now its prolly weird i mean i know so much junk but i try everything and still i got trouble with losing the fat. anyone offer some advice. My diet is good i have barely no fat sugar a good amount of carbs and 200 grams of protein a day but and about 2000 calories a day. i weigh 250 and i would like to lose 25 before summer so help me out please..

Okay how healthy do u think this is: Breckfast - either egg or a snackbar Lunch - green salad - with either tuna or chicken Dinner - meat, vegetables and a salad. Thats basically the atkins diet (which I lost nearly 2 stone on and love!!!) I dont think its unhealthy and its a lot more healthy than halfing junk food. Ps. Hello everybody. I am new. I am 5'1 and I weigh 145 lbs. I want to be an actress when I get out of High school, and I like music. Anywho, I am going to New York this summer (Ooh! how exciting is that?!), and I want to loose 25 lbs by June 12th (when i leave). I would love support in helping me live a healthier lifestyle to achieve my weight goal. If you have any tips, I would love to hear them. I do not agree w/ the "healthy weight" for a certain age. I am supposidly "at risk for becoming overweight! Ya right! I am a size 2 or 3! So you gurlies out therre, dont worry about the calculater...you lose the weight you want to until your comfortable! LYLAS and goodluck

OMG since I went off low carb and just ate healthy and low fat... I thought I would gain weight, but I lost like 3 more pounds since like valenties day!! that was the 14 and todays the 18 so that's 3 pounds in like 4 days, todays the fifth day so ill just keep eating good and see how much I weigh on sunday. I just decided that the low carb wasnt really worth it because I wanted to change my lifestyle adn lose weight the healthy way, not have to be low carb for the rest of my life :S lol anyways, I was like 148.5-149 when I went off the diet and now I'm 146.5 I gained 10 pounds over the summer because I moved and didn't know anybody adn was bored so I thought that I would just go back down to my old weight before summer (148) because I could never get past the before, but i'm past it now, I'm so happy! ok ive been doing so bad i decided to change my goal..my new mini - goal is 160 or below by march 1st, then by march 20th i want to be 155 and by april 16th i want to be 150 and then by may 21st i want to be 140. does that sound reasonable? Oh by the way i'm 163 now and by july i want to be 125-130

Im trying to help some one eat special K everyday and i did eat lunch just drink something and eat dinner and if u get hungary grab a fireball or cough dropp and start playing a sport or get to a gym well im 13 so i play sprots at school i lost 11 pounds in 2 and a half weeks goo luck
