Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - Hey people im starting a 1,200 calories or less diet which is awsome becuz we kids/teens need to eat atleast 1800 or more calories a day and im doing excersize in my gazelle 40 mins a day today and tomrrow may be a hour and im also doing jumping jacks and sit ups so far i lose 2 pounds! =D ill keep u updated.

Ht. 4/9, Wt. 140 - I am 12 I atend higgins middle school. its really hard because almost all the girls have nice bodies. I feel i am so ugly and fat everyone sez im chubby like if i wear a belly shirt they say i look cute but i think i look so bad then my mom at times and father hurt my feelings at times saying loose weight if i dont try to starve myself i make myself throw up and i just feel so ugly and fat!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 140 - i just found this website called Anne Collins Weight Loss Program(look it up on google). it has 9 different weight loss plans, tips, motivation, and lots more. me and my mom are doing the vegitarian quick- start diet where you lose about 10 pounds a week. it cost $20.00 for a full year(you can choose from all 9 plans and switch whenever you want)i recemend checking it out.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 195 - I lost 5 pounds today. All thanks to Sammy who gave me that great work out. Thanks so much Sammy you helped me alot. I am going to do it everyday. Does anyone else have any work outs? Sammy gave me this work.It works really good it made me lose 5 pounds in about 4-7 days it really works. But it is really difficult! Here it is- 100 curl ups (hands behind head) 25 crunches for each leg (when you're in curl up position, put your left hand behind your head so that your elbow is sticking out, and you put your right foot on your left knee so that it is in a triangle too, and touch your left elbow to your right knee.
