I mean, you'll definetely lose weight there, but what happens when you come home and go back to your old habits? You'll have to deal with passing on the candy and stuff, and at fat camps they only serve healthy stuff, so you won't be used to resisting things, and it will be much harder to keep the weight off. I think the best way is to just develop healthy eating habits and exercise, not take the easy way out and go to a fat camp where there's no temptation.

From Montana, Age 13 - 04/06/05 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx Click here to reply well im 162 5ft and im moving to a differnt house so i wont be able to ride my bike to school from the house we were going to move too. :( oh well anywayz im going to be moving very soon and i will have my trampoline in my yard and hour on that a day ill ride my bike around and my neice will live next door so i will play wit her so hopefully it will keep me more active and stuff. i plan to get to 135 i think i would look better then and if i change my mind ill try to get to 115 by september or somewhere around there would that be a good goal? But I realized that even if you're not sick, you can still lose weight by eating less. Try having brunch instead of 2 separate meals. Good Luck! Julia
