1. pick carrots and ranch dip, or slad with dressing. tip: the serving size on the back of the dressing bottle is equal to about a cap ful of dressing. so try eating less than that if possible, don't drown your greens in salad dressing.
2. eat celery and salt, or celery and peanut buter instad of cookies.
3. lay off the bread products! try this for a week.
4. for lunch, try chicken and salad, low oil soup, no cafeteria lunch, just lunch from home, and or, try veggies any way you can!
5. lay off too much meat. try asking about becoming a vegetarian, but you have to plan out your diet so you still get all the nutrients for your body and don't get sick.
6. when hungry, think healthy.
7. look online. find out how many calories a person your age and gender are supposed to be eating. try to eat that much or less.
8. eat breakfast! also, do not skip lunch, or binge!

1. while watching your favorite show, do bicycle pedals with your legs. for the first show, 5-10 minutes, then go longer for each show you watch. soon, it''l be so easy!
2.after you've done the pedaling excersize for a week, it will feel easier to ride a bike. remember: start out slow, then go fast!
3. while going to classes in school, go up the stairs as many times as you can. take it as challenge!
4. get involved! organize a run to make donations, or get a group of friends and have some races!
5. whenever you hear a song on t.v., dance for the whole song! Get your body moving as much as you can.
6. jump rope excersizes all the parts of your body. so anyone who is worried about their health , just jump rope!

Honestly, I REALLY want to lose alot of weight before 7th grade... Because you have to get undressed infront of everyone. I also want to lose weight to be healthy.. I worry myself. I just can't find a way to get motivated. :/

Ht. 4'6", Start: 198 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 87 lb - hey everyone. i hope my tips are helping everyone out. i know they worked because this is how i lost weight. you see, kids at school used to call me names and laugh, and i was so sick of it. then i thought, instead of thoinking about how mad they make me, give them no reason to make fun. believe it or not, some of the popular girls wanted to be my friend after i lost all that weight. then i remembered how they used to tease me. i said no. because the kids that make fun of you? they do it to hide their own problems or to try to be cool and get alaugh in. they don't deserve to be friends with you, and you should know that the kids who make fun of you don't matter, because they have their own problems. i felt so much happier making friends with people who i knew would never make fun of me if i was fat. now, wearing the trendiest clothes, and feelinglike my own klind of superstar, i realize my chice to gwet off my butt, stop[ sitting and watching tv, and losing lots of weight was the right choice. and boy, do i feel good!!

First, you say, oh, i'll do my project later. then you think how good it'll feel to get an A+ and more A+'s just for handing in your project on time and doing a goodjob. it's the same with weight loss. i'd say: oh, well i guessi can start eating healthy tomorrow, or omething, or :i'll just grow out of it. Then i thjought about it. if i got my grades high, i could do the same with weight. so the next time you are discouraged, say, wow, imagine how good i'll look if i stop putting off this excersize plan, ans start getting active. i did just that. and you can too. so what if it's hard the first time around. isn't it always? but in time, if you just keep trying, you can lose weight in a healthy weight. just keep saying i can.... i can....

Ht. 5'4", Start: 196 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Hey everyone! I am new to this so ill just start! Ok so here is my success! I Trust me i turned down alot of treats! I have shrunk my stomach and i just don't eat as much! I love working out and im very Hyper! I uised to be a couch patatoe and eat Junk food ALL the time! But now if im hungry i'll grab a yogurt or fruit! Sometimes i'll cheat and have smart food but it is still like really healthy! I used to just sit and watch TV but now when iwatch it i'll sit on the floor and like strtch while im doing it! My parents tell me i can't stay still anymore LOL!! And it is totally true! I will always go out and jump on my trampoline or go for a bike ride or practice my cheers for my squad and sometimes i'll practice my soccer but i do enough of that! Anyway I used to get major cramps but NOW I don't losing this weight has made me so energetic! I AM A REALLY HYPER PERSON ASK ANY OF MY FRIENDS! Anyway if you need any help or advice just respond and i'll be sure to answer!

1. Try eating no bread or cookies for a week. bread can make you gain weight.
2. for lunch, how about a salad with chicken peices? REmember, instead OF salad dressing, use nothing, or find the salad dressing with the least fat and calories
3. no, no, no, no, fruit drinks or powdered drink mixes. try drinking only water, especially when you are hungry, jut suck on ice, or make fruit juice ice cubes. water fills you up.
4. when you feel like eating an unesessary meal, take a jog, or take a jog, and have half a small candy as your reward, the other half save for the next day.
5. skipping meals does nothing but make you sick. so does throwing up your meals. just choose the healthier, smaller meal. your parents will be proud if you pass up fast food for healthy snack, it willmake them happier.
6. ignore mean comments. just think of how jealous they will be when they see how you lost weight.
