Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 196 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 150 lb - Day 6 (adventuresofw8l2g.tumblr.com) Today was quite a crazy day. I work a job rarely when I have the free time to do some work and earn some money. Today was that day, but it made my day very hectic. This causes quite a bit of issue in terms of me being able to eat the correct meals. Breakfast: Waffles I have to make fast items when I wake up because I always wake up late and have roughly 5 minutes to eat food before I have to race out of the house and get to school. Lunch: None ;( This was the point when I was too busy to go home and get some of the food I’ve prepared on my list. This is one of the biggest issues I’m currently having with the study is that I’m normally not home when I need to eat lunch. Probably going to go really hard on the bike for a few weeks. I think my weight is going down? I weighed my self over the weekend and today and it seems to be lowering from my initial weight of 200. I think I am making progress. I hope to lose more than a lb a week. With me going to the gym everyday (after I get approval from the PT) my hope is that I lose 2 or so lbs a week while keeping the same food regiment. Breakfast: Cereal (generic) Sometimes I’m too tired to even realize what I’m eating I just need to eat it to get some energy in my body. Today was one of those days. I’m really proud I was even able to weigh it out! Lunch: Chicken & Rice It was very yummy, made some chicken with a mustard aioli and it was amazing. Would suggest anyone to make this. I struggle the most between lunch and dinner to keep myself from snacking but I usually just forget about it if I get really into my homework or other task i’m doing. (Like blogging, which I currently shouldn’t be doing because I have a midterm coming up. oops.) Dinner: Quesadilla & Rice That was pretty good. I actually ended up only having the Quesadilla because I was really full after it! I was really surprised. Usually I feel like I have to eat a horse before I can feel full so this was an amazing experience to feel full after only a quesadilla! (view less)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 350 lb, Today: 275 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Hi guys, I havent been on here in a few years. I used to use this all the time as a support group when i was really struggling. I come back now after 2 years and 75lbs down. I come here today because I just received my surgery date. I will be having bariatric gastric sleeve May 31st. It was a long journey to deciding to have this surgery. after seeing both parents go threw it and having a life change i wanted to jump on that bandwagon. have done well thus far but i felt i needed a boost and the surgery is going to help. I have been in a rollercoaster pattern for the last 5 years and right now is the first time i have been able to keep this weight off and its a struggle. i only come here for help so please dont bash me for deciding to take the route of surgery.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 232 lb, Today: 211 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 140 lb - Not that happy I gained a couple pounds ugh! Always tomorrow to start over I guess. I am nervous because my crush and I are going out with a group in a couple weeks and I get embarrassed really easily and I'm uptight mainly because of my weight and I think people are looking/judging me when I know they aren't it's just a really hard thing for me.In school I was bullied and I felt like you had to be skinny to be pretty and no one would ever like me because of my weight and now I see it's not like that but I can't help having those thoughts.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI: 28), Goal: 110 lb - I'm little disappointed with today's weigh-in gained 4 lbs instead of losing the 160's altogether,. hoped to be 156 not 164.4. darn it,.. hope to reach 159-154 end of this month..,,at least not obese anymore,.. or close to. morbid obese., my highest BMI was 34.4 that scared the hell out of me,.. I'm going to knock down 164 lbs again to lose 15 lbs by Easter,. bout seven weeks time.,

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI: 28), Goal: 110 lb - Late night eating man that's was horrible thing to go through, I don't do that so much anymore, when I get very upset now a days I stop eating I was close to a point I was that close of not eating altogether, that's not healthy either, I even fond dELiA*s has spring stuff more of it soon!!, I just wish they 'h more l or T for teens + young women with longer waists + taller,. longer legs also, my issue is Jeans)pants tend to be to long on me, the chest area is hard to lose,. that's is so difficult, I don't want to lose w.t. so fast again,. you know, to only put w.t. back on,. that scares me the most.,

I am going on track Saturday and made a list and everything. I'm going to a support group group tuesday and the guy I like will be there (he's 3 years older than me) he also is skinny so I do get insecure about my weight and what I look like but I think he likes me.

I replied to a Jessica who is eight years younger than us, she is only twelve years old, 250 lbs, I could see she is in a lot of stress being only 12 over 200 lbs., she can lose 50 lbs over time with hard work,. Jessica it took me a while to lose nearly 30 lbs, that because I been sick bout two weeks, lack of food at my o sister's -brother-in law's apartment., due to poor choices,. I'm only 23 lbs away from what's is considered normal., w.t. I haven't been a normal w.t. since summer 06., wow that's a long time,.. Ht. 5'4", Start: 232 lb, Today: 208 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 140 lb - Hi Everyone, So last time I was on here I was 18 and I weighed 232 and I've come somewhat a long way in my mind with my weight but it's still really hard to lose. Weight Watchers really works for me but I break it and then go back on it but through the years it got me down to 208 and I've been able to keep my weight steady. It's really hard because I have a problem with mainly fast food and if someone is mean to me or something I eat guess it's kinda like eating the pain away I don't know but that's my problem when eating healthy. I'm going to go back on weight watchers this weekend so hopefully it goes well.
