Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 232 lb (BMI: 42), Goal: 135 lb - So in one month i've only lost 2 pounds. It gets me very angry because i've been working really hard in the gym. Since i'm away in college it's hard to know exactly what i'm eating but i have decided to start counting calories to keep my eating in check. I really want to get out of the 200's 33 pounds to go and hopefully i can get there before June but for now i just want to keep losing even if it's only 1 pound per week. Well i hope everyone is doing well good luck this week everyone =)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - So i've decided to take a different approach. rather than trying to lose the weight as fast as possible, i'm just going to focus on 1 pound her week. That way it will come off slowly and stay off. I don't care about only losing 1 pound per week anymore. because if i think about it, i'm in college and working and trying to pay off some debts so really, just sticking to 1400 calories a day will make it easier on me, rather than constantly figuring out how i can lose 5 pounds in so many weeks or days. i'm just going to eat sensibly and wait for the weight to come off. each module for school is approximately 2-4 weeks long. so for every class i finish, i will lose between 2-4 pounds. This way i can focus on my school work and strive to finish each module knowing that by the end i will be down a few pounds. weird method but it works for me lol hope everyones doing great

Ht. 5'1", Start: 204 lb, Today: 125.6 lb (BMI: 24), Goal: 115 lb - 2 lbs. down from my previous weight, thank goodness! I swear, I feel the difference in gaining and losing a couple of pounds now. My mom always tells me that the key to successful weight-loss/maintaining is to not let it get out of hand, specifically: "you gain 5 pounds and you get it right back off". It's a good standard because it's kind of like, don't let yourself get so far out of your healthy lifestyle that you just allow the pounds to slowly start creeping back on indefinitely. There's another 5k coming up in mid-April that I'd really like to train for. Unfortunately, as much as I loved running while I was doing it, I don't have the motivation to get out in the morning cold to start back up =(. Ahh well, I'm going to have to push past that uncomfortableness and just do it. Hope all's well with everyone!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 248.5 lb, Today: 227 lb (BMI: 39), Goal: 170 lb - Well the last two days have been awful for me. Although life happened and I didn't count my calorie intake I didn't let that get me down. Instead, I used my carelessness as motivation to do super today! I added some lunges, crunches, and some dumbbell exercises to my routine 40 minutes on the elliptical. I watched everything that entered my mouth very closely. I feel very proud of myself today and I hope the motivation that I feel today(which I haven't felt in a while) lasts a while longer. I am 1/3 of the way through my "time frame" in which I hope to reach my goal. Although I know the chances of actually losing 57 pounds in 100 days is not very high but we all can hope and strive for something great. All in all I will be very happy just to be in ONE-derland :) Good luck to everyone, this week will bring you one more week closer to your goal :)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 281 lb, Today: 275 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Whoa whoa whoa, this is the first time I've ever posted in the 18+ board. I just turned 18 on the 12th so... here I am. I thought it would be interesting to post here instead of the teens board. I haven't really been to this site in awhile and I have not been eating healthy at all lately or exercising. But I did just have a really good workout... I'm hoping to get back on track with eating well and exercising consistently. Let's hope I can do it. I'm sick of being obese. Good luck everyone! (:

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 125 lb (BMI: 22), Goal: 115 lb - Weighed in today ( I weigh myself every Saturday) down three more pounds. I changed my focus of my workouts to target my midsection as well as I changed my workout times up to 40 minutes. It is an 8 week program. I need more cardio though its hard because I live in Korea right now so the temperature isn't warm enough to jog yet but when it does i'll start doing that too. Lets go week 5 of my weightloss journey.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 202 lb, Today: 197 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - I used to come on this site when I was about 14, and just rediscovered it today. I've recently become terribly ashamed over my weight, as I just stepped over the 200 lbs mark about a month ago. I've been overweight for the majority of my life, and I feel like it just holds me back immensely. I'm ready to finally get control over my life, and lose about 70 lbs to do so. I am 19 now, technically an adult, so I feel like it is time to become the person I want to be, and that starts with losing weight and gaining confidence.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 204 lb, Today: 127.6 lb (BMI: 24), Goal: 115 lb - This was what I weighed this morning =(. It's such a shame when I've been steadily losing to start going back up again. Totally my fault though - my exercise regimen is non-existent and I've been eating what I want, when I want (which is a recipe for disaster, lol). The upside to having to lose these pounds again is that it's hit me more than it ever has that this is a lifetime lifestyle I need to maintain. I can't just get down near my goal weight and suddenly start eating Ben & Jerry's pints of ice cream or having that extra helping at dinner, etc. and expect to stay slim. I've re-prioritized and I'm going to start incorporating more of my previous methods back into daily life - mainly portion control, exercise and water intake. It's nice to see everyone on here refusing to give up when a bad day/week comes your way. Makes me feel like I can be that strong too =).

Ht. 5'4", Start: 248.5 lb, Today: 229 lb (BMI: 39), Goal: 170 lb - As I am reading through I noticed I am not the only one struggling lately! It has been really hard to get up to exercise and eat only until full for about the last week. I need to get a fire under my butt again to get moving. I am really getting angry with myself for not doing/working as hard as I should/can. Well as I get myself going again, I want to wish everyone luck on getting back on track and congrats to those who are still going strong :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 128 lb (BMI: 23), Goal: 115 lb - I have had my fair share of stare downs with the numbers on the scale my entire life. In fact, I started posting on this website when I was just 14, searching for help, for answers. Now I am back. I had my son last September and I gained a lot of weight... went from 115 to 170 and now I'm working hard to get it off. I am down to 128 but still feel like I am bloated. Don't know if anyone has a Kinect but if you do and need a motivator get the Biggest Loser game that goes with it. It keeps you on track as far as work outs go. I feel obligated to earn point everyday instead of falling behind. Anyway, I hope to make many more posts in the coming weeks to help other people out. Heads up!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 180 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 120 lb - Hi everyone. I've gained a few pounds back, and I'm pretty discouraged. I've been excercising pretty regularly but I've been eating terribly. I need to get back on track!! I'll be graduating college at the end of May and I really want to be at 120-125 lbs. I just need to get motivated and back on track! I got new running shoes today, and I'm ready to start fresh on Monday.
