Ht. 5'7", Start: 260 lb, Today: 295 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - Okay so this year I was a freshman in college. I've gone way past the Freshman 15 and onto the Freshman 35. I don't know what to. All I feel like doing is eating and eating. We even have a gym right across the hall from me and I have no desire to go workout. All I feel like doing is eating!!! Does anyone have any ideas about how to help with this Freshman 35 and still gaining??

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 160 lb - alright so, 2 days in and ive lost 2 pounds of water weight. not too bad. hopefully soon enough ill be back down to 165, then i can reach my mini goal of 160 by the end of december hopefully. i'm going to the gym again tonight, hopefully i can control my appetite until then. im a boredom eater, and a smoker... and there are no smokes around so whats the first thing im gonna reach for? food. gahh. i plan on quitting smoking soon anyway so maybe this will help test my willpower lol. hope everyones doing good :)

Ht. 5'10", Start: 264 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI: 32), Goal: 175 lb - so, in college- i completely avoided the freshman 15, and lost the 40lbs my freshman year. now a junior, i have just been stable with the weight. its really hard when you have a fulltime job, school full time, and little money to spend on the 'healthy' foods. winter break is coming, and i feel i can actually get back on board with working out and eating right. to all, i hope you get your goals. its time to make time for my health to get in line :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 155 lb - okay so I'm a total yo-yo dieter clearly... i was on here a couple weeks ago and i dropped down to 165-166 and now im back up to 170. go figure lol but my friend gave me a free 30 day membership to an all girls gym which is awesome, and i went for my first workout today. it felt great :) i'm going to try and go as much as possible in the next 30 days and hopefully lose around 8 pounds (or more, if possible) because i need to bust out of this cycle of getting down to 165, then going back up to 170. getting sick of it. hope everyones doing well :) keep at it

Ht. 5'7", Start: 181 lb, Today: 178.4 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 147 lb - I started my current attempt to lose weight a month ago today after going on Blubberbusters for the first time... and I've only lost 2.6 pounds! I let myself go over the last two weeks... I was down to 174.8 but got lazy and greedy and now I'm so frustrated with myself for undoing good work! It stops NOW though... I've set myself two rules this week: 1. Cut junk food back to one portion every other day and 2. No eating after 7.30pm

Ht. 5'7", Start: 235 lb, Today: 235 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Well, I'm an average sized girl in heighth and looking at me you wouldn't think I weighed 235 lbs. But I do. and I'm soooo tired of bagging around this extra weight.
I use to be fit, I was in sports and I was healthy still a little chunky but I was healthy. I love working out but I just don't find the time for it and I hate working out by myself.
I'm really determined to lose at least 30 lbs by spring break.
I'm ready for this diet committment but I would LOVE to find someone that can be my diet buddy. If you're interested my email is courtnienm@hotmail.com.

I used this site a couple of years ago when trying to lose weight, and here I am again. Back two years ago, I was down to 137, and unfortunately, I'm back up to where I started. :( I actually started out at a size 17/18 and got down to a size 7 or 9. Right now, I can wear a 13, though not too comfortably. I would really like to get back down to atleast 155 and wear a size 9 again.
My scale at home is a bit messed up, so I'm not sure at how accurate it is. I was surprised the other day when I got on it and discovered that it said I'm at 170. Usually it was around 180, including when I went to the doctor back in September, so I must've lost some weight somehow. Anyway, I've now been motivated to try and get down to 160 on this scale by Thanksgiving, and then hopefully work from there.
I'm trying to keep my calories down around 1200.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 155 lb - so i was doing extremely well, then got a terrible cold and was basically confined to my couch for 2 days straight. as a result,i lost track and ate a little more than usual. however, i got on the scale tonight fully clothed in jeans and it said i weighed 169. woohoo! tomorrow morning is my weigh-in so i plan to check to make sure, maybe ill be a lil lighter because ill be in lighter clothes and on a completely empty stomach. who knows. either way, i'm feeling a bit better so i'm going to start working out again. i also found another incentive to lose this darn weight once and for all. i finally finally finally picked a course i want to take in college, so i'll be going to school in the fall of 2010, and i'd like to look and feel my best to avoid any insecurities on the first day of starting a new school. i've got 10 months to lose 19 pounds (i'd like to start school at my goal of 150)... Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 183.2 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 155 lb - So 183.2 is the verdict when I got on the scale this morning...Could be worse I guess but at least now I know where I'm at. So here it is for today B-fast- Coffee and toast Lunch) Turkey sandwich, a mini bag of chips, and grapes D- Rice and then pry a salad. I'll post again tomorrow!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI: 28), Goal: 155 lb - Here I go again I swear...ugh. Well I'm back for those that remember me and this time I will stick to it! Haha lets see a lil about me I'm 20 (obviously) and I'm a full time student- pry more then full time taking 17 credit hours =[- and I work about 30 hours a week on top of that so I'm pretty busy plus I'm a social butterfly and am involved on campus with research, VP of an organization and in a sorority so really I rarely have time to breathe but I like it that way. The downsize to it is I binge HORRIBLY because I'm constantly running around. I munch all day then when I finally get home at night and I sit and eat everything like its my last meal. My weight has stayed constant but I'm ready to get it off. I haven't weighed in in while so 185 is really an estimate. So here I am again back and ready to get things under control . Like I said what I put in my mouth is the main problem. I love to exercise but now I just have to find room in my schedule to make it to the gym. Hope everyone is doing well and I'll be back tomorrow to get this started once I really know where I'm at!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 205 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 150 lb - So today i checked my weight and i was shocked because i thought i was heading off track. I was 190 for so long and the scale wouldn't seem to budge to the 180's until today. Gaining weight is soo much easier then losing it which is why this is so hard. A couple slip ups and you're back to where you started. My motivation is what keeps me going. All my friends are so thin, and it pictures i always look like the chubby one. For once i want to fit in and feel happy and comfortable with my body. Im starting to notice changes with my body so im excited about that. I hope I can reach my goal, i can't even remember the last time i weighed 150.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 155 lb - okay soo, i havent been on here since september 1st, and as a result i got off track. i was at around 163-165 and now im back up to 170. but its not a huuuuge deal, cause im cracking down again. i just really wanna be in the 150s for christmas. even 159 will suffice lol im so tired of this yoyo dieting thing. well its not really a diet, i just eat healthy and workout then completely fall off the wagon. it sucks. but not anymore. i moved back in to my parents mid september (i was living on my own with my ex, but we broke up so since being back here i just gave up) but i have a new bf now who is completely and utterly amazing and im so happy, its time to have the body to match. wish me luck, and i hope you all reach your goals

BUT!! on thursday night i went to my first take shape for life meeting for my medifast diet. and i started back on it again this morning. Im so excited. i have a health coach that seems like she wants to really help my mom and i on this journey. im just ready to be healthy and fit. cause right now, i feel unhealthy. but here is to the start of my wonderful medifast journey. GOOD LUCK to everyone who is battling this addiction and may we all succeed on our goals.
