I also bought a digital scale today (mine is old from a yard sale and isn't accurate, so i usually go by what my moms scale says.. which isnt often because i live on my own with my boyfriend) so hopefully by tomorrow ill have an accurate weight (hopefully lower than 165, otherwise ill be angry lol) anyways hope you are all doing well. Come on guys lets get this board going lol good luck!! :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - So i haven't lost, but i am happy to say i haven't gained. for the past 2 weeks I've been eating like a pregnant woman (no, I'm not pregnant lol) and haven't gained a single pound.. but starting yesterday i have quit smoking pot (i know drugs are bad yadda yadda but it was more to relax me at night, stress from work and all) and every time i quit for a while, i lose weight fast. so i know that will help. Also, I will be working out at LEAST 3 days a week doing 35-45 minutes of cardio/dance videos. I know I can do this. I want to be 150 by christmas.. at the most 155 by then. I'm excited to start over and I will be quitting smoking cigarettes September 1st as well. I'm doing an overall health overhaul haha. Anyways, I hope you are all doing well. Keep your eyes on the prize guys :) Good Luck!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 215.9 lb, Today: 215.9 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I have always been overweight but 2 years ago I decided to do something about it and I lost alot of weight. I went down to 168lb and it was amazing. The slow continous weight loss kept me motivated and I was so happy. Since then it has all gone wrong. I am 215.9lb god that was hard to admitt to myself. I decided that today was the day and again I failed. I cant seem to start once I am loosing weight I am fine but starting is the hard bit. I went for a walk todayh 4 miles to be exact and it nearly killed me but then I came home and ruined it all by eating a huge dinner. How can I get myself back on the right track. I need help please,

Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 187 lb (BMI: 31), Goal: 135 lb - All I can say is PLEASE HELP!!! All through H.S I weighed 140-150lbs I thought I was heavy but.... I was happy with myself when I look in the mirror I just found this site searching for answers out of desperation. I've spent over $1,000US on books DVD's and personal trainers. I'm on the verge of hitting 200lbs and I don't want to for my height that is too much and it would DESTROY my confidence level. Someone if you could give me some motivation. I went shopping yesterday for the first time in a long time I used to wear a 9-11 in juniors and an 8 in misses now I wear a 15 in Juniors and a 14 in misses. I'm so down.....I'll look over some of the sucess stories hopefully to help me from NOT eating at all! (LOL I wish. I couldn't stop eating if I tried haha) have a great week you all and I'm glad I found this site. :)_

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys! I haven't been on here in about a month. I used to post on the teens board but no one ever answers me (i guess im too old .. lol) but now that I see this board has some more activity i think I'll stay here. Anyways, I moved out with my boyfriend July 1st, and since then its been hard to lose weight. we have a massive amount of stairs to go up everyday, so ive noticed my butt has lifted and toned lol but i haven't dropped any weight yet. But luckily, i got my workout dvd back from my parents place (Shawn T's Rockin Body Workouts.. same dude that does Hip Hop Abs) I LOVE IT. i lost 5 pounds in a month while cheating on occasion in may by doing his workouts (5 pounds is a lot for me, since im nearing my goal) anyway, i wanted to get back into it so i started doing it again. i was soooo freakin sore but it feels awesome. I really want to be in the 150's by christmas, that would be amazing... even like 158 would shock and astound me lol Anyways sorry for rambling, hope you guys are doing well! :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 206 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Ok well in December I was weighed at the doctors at 206lbs, after my first semester of college. Then in February I got very sick, I couldn't eat and hold it down, and if by some miracle I did, I still ended up sick in another way (I know tmi),, my doctors never did figure out what was wrong with me, and i dropped 30lbs. I don't have many cravings.. except for when I get hungry at work.. I work at mcdonalds... I have finally realized that I need to bring my own food to work, after 3 years there... My problem is exercising I move back to school in 2 weeks and I will have the use of the gym, but I keep making up excuses to work out before then, and I know when I get back I will be too tired, and too lazy... what is a good motivational tip

Ht. 5'5", Start: 291 lb, Today: 291 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - TO AMANDA - I think the reason Im not losing weight is that I have a lot of toxins in my body. What are you doing to detoxify your body? Do you think Juicing is good using vegetables and fruits... I really have to juice my veggies in order to stomach them... I can just hold my nose and swallow ... lol I gained like 10 lbs and ive been in the gym almost everyday (except saturdays and sundays). I think that means there is a major problem with my body chemistry. But actually I see a difference in my clothing... Im looking much more fit and in the gym im moving much faster but I need this fat to go away and stay away. This is about me I carry alot of weight in my limbs (thighs and arms and in my butt too) But my torso is kinda very small Im like an hour glass/pear and I dont really look obese thing is i am says the BMI chart. So Maybe the detox will help me with my thighs and arms. and how long is it anyway? And what fruits and veggies do you recommend?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 10 st 7, Today: 10 st 7 (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 7 st 10 - So, i used to use this site, it helped me to drop to my goal weight at the time! It was amazing, i didn't hate what i saw in the mirror i had so much confidence, i walked around showing off my stomach and legs and didn't think twice, i actually enjoyed walking past a window and looking at my reflection! Problem is, i have put a lot of the weight back on, and i'm quickly putting more on so i want to do something about it before it gets pretty bad! Where i live there are so many pretty thin girls that i have to keep up with, not for them but for me because it makes me feel supeer good to see them looking at me as competition! So here i go again, starting back from the beginning! Any pieces of advice you have would be amazing! Thanks :) (Note: 10 st 7 is 147 lb.)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 172 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 140 lb - I have been ON for the last couple of days. I've tried toeat between 1500-1800 calories a day for the past 3 days, and so far, I've done it. Counting calories isn't as annoying as it was, and I'm able to ignore the cravings.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 172 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 140 lb - I am REALLY freaking out. I'm leaving for college in mid September, and I want to at least be on the way to my goal. I'm just getting so discouraged right now. I just really want to lose the weight, but it's SO hard to not eat what I want when I want. I just want to give up, but I don't want to gain a whole bunch more weight and THEN decide to go on a diet.
