Ht. 5'9", Start: 350 lb, Today: 350 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Hello everyone I am 19 years old weighing 350 pounds. I would like to lose between 3-5 pounds a week (I know this is possible). I have a intern in Florida as an lifeguard for Disney in August and I will be very embarrassed to wall around in a swim suit looking the way I look at the moment. Also being the size that I am I am unable to ride the rides at the amusement park. Currently I am in college and it is very hard for me to make it to the gym. I walk around a very large campus daily (this is about the only type of exercise that I do daily). I used to play a lot of sports (basketball & swimming and diving) so I believe I have a lot of muscle on me. However, I have about 3 times more fat than muscle. I am unsure on how to go about losing weight. I have pretty good eating habits (in my opinion). I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I also only drink water (well over 8 glasses a day). I... I am unsure on how to go about losing weight. I have pretty good eating habits (in my opinion). I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I also only drink water (well over 8 glasses a day). I also have three balance meals a day (sometimes only two). Since I am unable to make it to the gym I want to try to exercise for at least an hour on my WII FIT daily. However, I need motivation to do so. Sometimes I get bored with the game and stop only after ten minutes. I also at times find myself spending most of the hour in the fun balance games. I would like to work with someone one on one and try to work out together using WII FIT (maybe on webcam if that’s possible). I think motivation is a key part of a weight loss plan and I believe that Is what I need. I also need to know exactly what I should be doing on the WII FIT for a good work out (I am clueless what a good workout is). Below I have listed the different aerobic exercises for WII FIT Short Distance Run 10 Minute Run Free Run 2 Minute Hula-hoop 5 Minute Hula-hoop 2 Minute Basic Step 10 Minute Advance Step Free Step Up To 30 Minutes (this is where you walk on and off the stepper while watching your favorite TV show) you can reach me on AOL (Jaime11Jones) or YIM (Jaimenjones) night and day thank you I hope to hear from everyone soon good luck! I don't want to weigh too often otherwise I may get sad for not losing quickly.. anyhow.. I'm sick with the flu now too and I cant seem to make myself hungry enough to eat a thing... even though I feel bad and I just want to lay in bed I still somehow managed to want to do some exercising yesterday.. today is a totally different story however... now I'm just trying to keep my fill of water and juice just to get better... hope everyone is losing weight and gaining confidence!

Ht. 5'11", Start: 226 lb, Today: 194 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 175 lb - So I weighed myself today and I'm only down a pound but that's okay because its better than nothing. Also, I'm aiming to lose 4lbs a month so I feel like I'm on track. Anywho, hope everyone's week went well. This week's goal for me is going to avoid of the chocolate because I have definite problems with that and, of course, to keep losing. hopefully 1.5 pounds. On the chocolate note, I'm been thinking of switching my peach weight training supp for a chocolate flavored one once I run out. I figure this will be a good way to get my fix of chocolate without blowing my macros/calorie intake. Good luck everybody!

I'm really frustrated at myself because I've been going back to the gym but its been a good month since I've hard core worked out and I could only run for about 2 1/2 miles in 30 mins when I used o be able to almost get 4 miles in 50 min. UGH! Its ok I just gotta get back into it. Hope everyone is doing great and the biggest loser is on tonight so u better be watching, its a total motivator!

Ht. 5'11", Start: 230 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 170 lb - He guys well ever since middle school I have had trouble with my weight. It was quite a burden and it held me back from going on dates and sometimes I got depressed. In the summer before my senior year in highschool I tryed the nutrisystem diet and got down to about 160. Then I went to college and while off the diet ate unhealthy and got up to alittle over 200 pounds. Well now I eat healthy brisk/jog on the treadmill every night for about an hour. Next week I will start my workout regimen and plan on being a lean, mean, 170 pound fighting machine. Happy New Year!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 145 lb - So I weighed in this morning because I was curious and I'm a lil lighter then I thought! 181.2 exactly. That really excites me because I haven't been in the 170's in forever and I'm so close now! My lil mini goal for right now is to be in the 170's for when i go back to school in 2 weeks now. Completely do-able and it will be nice feeling great about myself because my sorority has recruitment right when we get back and they will be judging me. Well I'll post later what my intake is and yay my gym re-opens tomorrow (they closed for some renovation for a few weeks) so I'll be running then! Good luck guys and gals!

Ht. 5'10", Start: 226 lb, Today: 226 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 180 lb - hey all hope all is going well.. I joined a gym today!! so when I went to the gym tonight I rode the stationary and the eliptical bikes for a nice 12 mile ride between the two of them.. I also used the cross country trainer for 5 minutes before it was killing my glut so much I couldnt stand it.. I plan on going every day for my lunch house just to ride like 4 miles on the bike then go eat lunch then back to work I'll go... it'll be good for me to do it everyday especially since I need to get more exercise and get out of the office since I work in law enforcement I just need to get out to keep sanity... anyhow.. hope all is going good.. I plan on weighing the day before my brithday so I'll post my new (hopefully) lower weight on here on Jan 17th :-)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 145 lb - First off I am so excited there is a 18+ board! We are in a different place in our lives and now we can communicate with those who are on the same page. I've struggled with my weight since middle school, but now in college I need to take control of it. I have lost it before so I know I can do it again! I really don't know what my current weight is but I figured I'll weigh in on Monday to see where I'm at. My biggest obstacle is watching what I eat but being home from school I have really started paying attention. I love to work out, its a great stress reliever and as long as I'm plugged into my ipod I'm good to go! Well I will keep posting, especially when I know where I'm at, good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 167 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI: 31), Goal: 120 lb - hey everyone! happy new year! this is going to my year. i'm going to shed all of this extra weight and get down to my goal size. i'm setting smaller goals of 5 pounds at a time to meet my higher goal of 40 pounds. i decided to cut out most meat and dairy, and only eat meat once a week if needed. i bought tons of fruits and vegetables and soy milk. for snacks i bought edamame which is really good and very healthy too. i'm also only drinking water and green tea. i'm cutting back on my starbucks which i used to drink everyday. i'm determined to lose this weight. i also have a tredmill that i will be walking/jogging/running on everyday as well as using my ablounge. i'll also be dancing too. i think that by doing this, i'll be able to make my goal. if anyone has any tips or ideas for me let me know. good luck everyone!
